Everything perfect
I had an amazing experience at Attara Heritage Senggigi, I recommend this place eyes closed. The bedrooms are spacious and can be cleaned everyday on demand. The restaurant offers a wide range of food on the menu with affordable prices. The staff is the best staff I have met so far, always smiling and trying to make you feel at home and comfortable. Nice swimming pool and a very charming environment with nature and private terrace. Me and my friend stayed there a couple of weeks to work and we really recommend to everyone who need to work in a quiet and friendly place. Thank you for everything guys ❤️
I have absolutely nothing to say, everything was perfect.
Only positive thing I can say is that it is close to shops and the beach; and their ac works well.
The budget room we stayed in had bedbugs! Situation was not taken seriously, they contaminated our room with cheap bug spray. They didn’t give us another room until we packed our bags and were about to leave. They gave us a superior room, which should be called the standard room. They didn’t want to refund us. The budget rooms shouldn’t exist anymore. If you stay more than couple days in a room without cleaning, bugs and ants will start appearing in the bathroom. Sometime no water, sometimes the staff forgets about you in the restaurant. The staff all have a big smile, yet their English cannot go past basics. If you request something like no meat, they might not understand you. They served meat to a vegetarian and did not even want to serve us a new meal, we were hungry. We didn’t pay for that, yet had to eat somewhere else. The pool is nice, yet not very clean and there are ants everywhere on the chairs around the pool. The food in their restaurant is not always worth the money, sometimes can be good, sometimes bad. I recommend eating at warung Maldini. Breakfast is not worth unless you like rice or noodles with eggs every morning. As a vegan or vegetarian, don’t get it. If you like clubs, good location. We don’t like clubs, so hearing music every night from 10pm until 10am was not so pleasant. Oh, and you also hear the prayers from the mosk. Overall, right near the busy road of Senggigi. Indah homestay offers much better rooms, and a nice garden at the same price.
All of the staff are so friendly. They were all smiles and so so helpful. They even organized taxis for me and made my arrival and departure seamless.
They have a great restaurant and bar as well with very tasty food.

On the first day there was no water in my room, but the manager promised to rectify the problem. The fridge in the room also did not work at all. No one rectified or replaced the fridge for the 3 nights 4days stay.
I like the quaint, heritage atmosphere of this accommodation. The pool behind the restaurant area is gives offa sense of tranquility, the garden area is well kept….very nice. Staff are lovely & very helpful. The rooms are spacious, traditional old style, which I prefer. Clean bedding, big pillows, roomy bathroom. Hot water, good toilet….hanging space for clothing. Good internet. Just right.
Very noisy all night, as there is a “night club” just 3 buildings down. The property could do with new towels. I did hear a scurry of creatures outside during the night.

The location of the hotel is right in front of the road that leads to the harbor for the fast boats which helps a lot on the day of traveling. The location of the hotel is pretty extensive and has the pool area. Wifi was really good which is rare to find. The hotel provides a restaurant which makes it easier to get great food.
We had to change rooms every single night of a period of 4 nights. First, there was a problem with the water, then the humidity of the room and the next day the roof collapsed and gladly we weren't on the room next door.

Defekte Klospülung, viele kleine Tiere überall, Schmutzige Gegenstände von vorherigen Gästen unter dem Bett z.B. Taschentuch, Zahnbürste. Sehr laute Musik ab 12pm bis in den Morgen (7am sind wir ausgecheckt), Flecken auf dem Betttuch, Klimaanlage hat sich nicht verstellen lassen (entweder eiskalt oder warm), kein Empfehlung nicht einmal für eine Nacht.
Lage und Mitarbeiter wahnsinnig freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Kein Luxus, aber für 8€ die Nacht kann man nicht allzu viel erwarten. Bad war sehr feucht, was auch den Geruch im Zimmer nicht so angenehm machte.

Good place to stay for 2-3 nights but don’t expect a lot from the budget friendly rooms
The bathroom smelled a lot to the point where we had to close the door so that it doesn’t get into the rest of the room.. Checking in, the first thing I found was a fake eyelash stuck to the wall?😂 No one removed it when the changed the bedsheets, it was right there.
The room was very small, no window, no ventilation.
The room was kinda dirty overall.
