L’hôtel est incroyable, la chambre est magnifique et très spacieuse. La literie est très confortable, le jacuzzi a bonne température. Je vous conseille vraiment de prendre le petit déjeuner à 15€ il est vraiment excellent. Le personnel est adorable, à l’écoute et disponible 24h/24.

Beautiful property. Quiet enough to be peaceful but only a 5/10 min walk away from all the action. The staff and service were impeccable. Would 100% visit again! Ask for Panos if you do make it out there - he helped make our anniversary trip so so special. Also highly recommend the breakfast, excellent food all freshly made and really good value for money compared to some of the restaurants.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Kudos in Firostefani auf Santorini. Besonders gefallen hat uns die familiäre Atmosphäre – man merkt sofort, dass es sich um ein liebevoll geführtes Familienunternehmen handelt. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel war überall sehr sauber. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die Gemeinschaftsbereiche wurden stets gepflegt und in einwandfreiem Zustand gehalten. Unser Zimmer war nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern auch sehr schön eingerichtet und wirkte luxuriös und hochwertig.

Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die hervorragende Lage des Hotels. Firostefani ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Santorini zu erkunden, und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Aussichtspunkte sind bequem erreichbar.

Wir können das Hotel Kudos uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

We had a wonderful experience with Kudos suites. Our flight arrived into Santorini late but we were able to book a smooth transfer from the airport to Kudos suites with help from our host Panos. He greeted us on arrival after hours and welcomed us. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony and private outdoor hot tub. Our room was cleaned every morning and stocked with fresh towels. Panos was so helpful throughout our stay offering tips and advice and always made sure we were looked after with the greatest care. Kudos suites is within 10 mins comfortable walking distance from Fira and close to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend choosing Kudos suites if staying in Santorini.

Place was very clean and the service provided was exceptional. They were very accommodating and provided many helpful recommendations in Fira. Location is quiet but only short walking distance to the city center.

The breakfast was a lot of food. I could not finish it so I only had it one day. My son and his girlfriend had breakfast several times. If there is down side to the hotel, it would be the inflexibility of adjusting the breakfast. I never thought I would say too much food was an issue.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel felt like a dream. Waking up every morning to the breathtaking Santorini views was something straight out of a postcard — the sunsets alone were worth the trip. The staff went above and beyond to make every moment special, always welcoming us with genuine warmth and incredible attention to detail.

The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and perfectly captured the magic and elegance of the island. Every corner of the hotel felt peaceful, luxurious, and thoughtfully curated. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying breakfast overlooking the caldera, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations.

What truly made this stay unforgettable was how effortless and magical the entire experience felt. Santorini is already stunning, but this hotel made it unforgettable. We left with amazing memories and cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect blend of luxury, romance, and authentic Greek hospitality.

Great, large room in New building with great staff. Just over the hill from busy downtown area. View of the back-side. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

1. Great location. A short walking distance from Fira, as well as many restaurants. Easy to get to any of the other towns by bus, car, ATV. But far enough from any hustle/bustle so you still feel like you can relax. There is a bus stop 6 min walk away that takes you to Oia. The bus from Oia will drop you off in Fira, about a 15 min walk back to the hotel.

2. The view is from the hotel is beautiful. You can watch the sun rise from bed:)

3. Clean, so clean. Every nook and cranny was SPOTLESS. The paint, floors, outdoor patio/jacuzzi were kept pristine. No cobweb in site, which is highly impressive.

4. The highlight of this accommodation is Panos. He went above and beyond, and his hospitality was unmatched. He communicated with us from the moment we arrived to ensure he could assist us during check-in, since our flight landed later in the evening. Panos helped us come up with an itinerary for our stay and assisted with any bookings (ATV rental, catamaran cruise, restaurant/nightlife recs you name it!). He is highly knowledgeable about the island, and gave us a wealth of information. When it was time to leave, he helped us arrange transport to the ferries, and the driver was professional, vehicle was clean. We felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort, he took care of us so well. You can tell he puts his whole heart into his family business. The hospitality was unmatched here!

5. Communication was spectacular. It was easy to message and call through WhatsApp. All responses always came in a timely manner.

6. The hotel breakfast was delicious and of high quality. More than enough food for 2 people.

7. I have no negative things to say

I thought I booked somewhere with a caldera view but this looks over the other coast. I didn’t mind, it was more peaceful and accessible. The suites are spotlessly clean, comfortable, have a sea view and jacuzzi and pool. We made use of both. The best part of our stay was the very accommodating Panos. He checked us in efficiently, nothing was too much trouble. He helped us with car hire (bonus of staying here is close by parking). When we had issues with our taxi to the airport not showing up he also helped resolve that. He is a wonderful young man. The housekeeping staff were also exceptional. I would recommend staying here

This was a fantastic place to stay in Santorini. It has a great location in Fira close to lots of things to do and places to eat. It was also extremely clean. Our host Panos was especially helpful and was there to assist us with so many questions that we had helped us with anything we need. We greatly appreciated his service. If we are ever in Santorini again we would definitely stay here again!

Everything was in perfect order. I wholeheartedly give the highest rating. The owner was helpful, the rooms were clean. Everything was at the highest level. I will definitely come back again.

We had a lovely stay at Kudos suites! The team made our 3 nights extremely memorable and provided exceptional service. Location is awesome, the hotel is family owned and managed. Highly recommend!

Η πιο όμορφη διαμονή μίας ημέρας σε μία από τις καλύτερες σουίτες που έχω διαμείνει!
Από τα χαρακτηριστικά της σουίτας που μου έκαναν να εκπλαγώ είναι : η άνεση των χώρων και η διαρρύθμιση, καθώς ήταν εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρη και διέθετε δύο τηλεοράσεις και δυο air-condition. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, την ημέρα που διέμεινα είχα να παρακολουθήσω ένα αθλητικό γεγονός και η σύζυγός μου είχε την δυνατότητα να παρακολουθήσει άλλη εκπομπή κατά την ώρα εκείνη.
Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι πριν την άφιξή μας στο ξενοδοχείο, ερωτηθήκαμε μέσω της πλατφόρμας που έχουμε κάνει την κράτηση από το ξενοδοχείο για τις επιλογές που διαθέτει αναφορικά με το είδος του στρώματος που επιθυμούμε (μαλακό ή σκληρό), κάτι που μας εξέπληξε ιδιαίτερα καθώς η σύζυγός μου ήταν έγκυος και ήταν σημαντική η επιλογή του στρώματος για την διαμονή μας. Τόσο η εξαιρετική ηχομόνωση αλλά και τα ελάχιστα σκαλιά για την πρόσβαση στην σουίτα μας ήταν πραγματικά άλλο ένα πλεονέκτημα που διαθέτει αυτό το ξενοδοχείο.
Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο τόσο για την εξυπηρέτηση αλλά και για τους ολοκαίνουργιους και πεντακάθαρους χώρους του οποίους διέθετε. Η Infinity pool με θέα θάλασσα και οι άνετες ξαπλώστρες προσέθεσαν άλλη μια πολυτελής εμπειρία στην διαμονή μας. Το σημαντικό και κύριο πλεονέκτημα του συγκεκριμένου ξενοδοχείου είναι η απόσταση του από το κέντρο των Φηρών. Κυριολεκτικά χρειαστήκαμε λιγότερο από 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια για να φτάσουμε στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο των Φηρών. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται δίπλα ακριβώς από mini-market αλλά και δίπλα σε μερικά από τα πιο value for money εστιατόρια του νησιού.
Κατά την ημέρα της αναχώρησής μας, επιλέξαμε να πάρουμε το πρωινό μας στην σουίτα μας και αυτό ήταν πραγματικά μοναδική εμπειρία. Ο Παναγιώτης μας σέρβιρε το πρωινό μας σε ένα πλωτό δίσκο με σχήμα καρδιάς, το οποίο ήταν πραγματικά γεμάτο με υπέροχες φρέσκες και χειροποίητες επιλογές πρωινού και το απολαύσαμε στο ιδιωτικό μας τζακούζι.
