Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Engen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, eher etwas überproportioniert.

Extraordinary gem in the middle of the historic village with very comfortable beds.
Pros:

Exceptional service with good food, very clean room. The staff was very nice and the shower was awesome. Really nice interior with natural stone floor and walls. You can even order things they normally do not serve the day before and the staff will go out to fetch the desired food as long as you order a day in advance. For example pineapple and salmon.

Cons:

The room could use a ventilation system since there is almost no insulation it got very hot during the day and it didn't cool down during the night... but it was very hot this summer anyway so I cannot say if it would have made a difference.

Kleine Auszeit in komfortablen Altstadt-Flair
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber und komfortable. Die Materialien der Ausstattung waren hochwertig und das Bett war wunderbar. Über den Kaffee am Morgen habe ich mich auch sehr gefreut.

Pros:

Die Lage im Ort war sehr gut.

Cons:

Schlafzimmer viel zu eng links und rechts vom Bett. Wäre da ein Gast sehr voluminös oder kann sich nur eingeschränkt bewegen, dann sehr unangenehmes Problem.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Altstadt

Cons:

Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes war kein Personal anwesend. Zwei Vollpfosten haben ihre Fahrräder in den engen Flur gestellt, ein Durchkommen war nur noch schwer möglich. Dadurch wurde auch der einzige Fluchtweg versperrt. Eine Intervention der Hotelleitung wäre mehr als angebracht gewesen.
Weiter war im Badezimmer die Glastüre der Dusche defekt.

Eine kleine, entzückende Kostbarkeit. Sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet.
Die Menschen einfach herzerfrischend persönlich und zuvorkommend.
Selten so wohl gefühlt.
Die Lage Mitte im Dorfkern, Parkmöglichkeiten kostenfrei naheliegend, beladen werden kann direkt vor der Türe.
Das kleine Zimmer bzw. Appartment sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet.

Estancía excepcional. El hotel en el centro de Engen fue un a grata sorpresa.
Pros:

Hemos pedido desayunar sin previo aviso y fueron capaz de servir un desayuno excelente con muchos extras. Nos atendieron todos nuestros deseos con mucha cortesía. La ubicación céntrica en Engen nos facilitó movernos sin tener que usar un coche.

Cons:

Contactar con la central del hotel no fue posible en horas fuera del servicio. Sugirieron una dirección E-mail en la guía de la habitación con una dirección equivocada (los mensajes fueron devueltos)
