You can easily hear the noise from the other room, it is disturbing, the rooms are so cold and the wood for the fireplace is R35 a pack but they give you 5 pieces as complimentary, that’s absolutely useless, either give guest a full pack or don’t give anything at all.

Il n'y a pas de chauffage adéquat dans cette belle chambre. Seulement un feu de bois qui empeste la chambre et en + pour chauffer, il faut payer un sac de bois. Ce n'est pas avec ce qu'ont nous donne pour partir le feu que l'on peut chauffer la chambre. Et l'accélérateur fourni pour partir le feu est épouvantable comme odeur et toxique, j'avais les yeux rouges cela m'a donné une petite allergie. Ce n'est pas écologique et ce n'est pas efficace du Tout.
C'est simple ça ne chauffe pas du tout la pièce et comme il faisait froid impossible de prendre une douche.
Et comme il n'y a pas de cloison pour la douche ou la toilette cela a dérangé certaines personnes qui ont déja laissé des commentaires à ce sujet. Être obligé de payer pour entrer sur les lieux. Payer alors que la route pour s'y rendre n'est pas vraiment bien entretenue et que si un véhicule arrive à sens inverse, c'est très étroit et l'autre voiture doit parfois reculée pour laisser passer...Le restaurant est agréable mais la cuisson des plats est à améliorer.
Très déçue de la cuisson de la truite...L'endroit est paisible et vraiment bien mais certaines améliorations et ajustements reste à faire. Surtout il faudrait vraiment installer une climatisation qui sert de chauffage également dans chaque chambre se serait le point le plus important. Et également améliorer certaines recettes et cuisson offert au menu.
9 pour l'emplacement mais pour le reste je mettrais 6...! L'accueil chaleureux et L'équipe sont très gentils mais faire quelques changements ferait toute la différence...!!!

You can almost hear people in the other room.

1. There is absolutely zero privacy between the toilet, shower and the room, not even a screen of some sort. 2. The beds had electric blankets. But there was no heater in the room to cater for the very low single digit temperatures. There is a fireplace but it isn't practical to stay up and keep the fire going all night just to keep the room warm. 3. The room door didn't lock at all. We explained this to the lady at the front desk. She said the handyman, Bheki, would arrive soon to fix it and to leave our rooms unattended while going into town for dinner. She didn't seem to appreciate the natural apprehension of leaving luggage in an unlocked room! When we got back, the lock still hadn't been fixed, so we had to sleep in an unlocked room! In the morning, she indicated that she misunderstood and didn't realize the door wasn't locking. We're not sure where the misunderstanding was when it was simple communication that "the door cannot lock" and "the door isn't locking". This was most frustrating after a late 3.5 hour journey.

The walls between the rooms is paper thin! You can hear the people talking like they sitting right next to you, and when they watch tv you can might as well join them. You can hear them shower, flush the toilet, snoring…every sound they make you can hear. This was extremely frustrating if you want a good nights rest I would not recommend staying at Dunkeld East.

The room didn’t have a refrigerator, just wish all the rooms can be fitted with them
