Definitely avoid it if you want to spend your vacation swimming at the beach.
Pros:

The staff is very helpful and behaves professionally. In general, the hotel is in very good condition in terms of infrastructure. Also, the breakfast is very good.

Cons:

The parking is very far and unattended. The sea in front of the hotel is of a very low quality for Greek beaches: The water gives the impression of being dirty, it is cloudy and full of floating algae, contact with which you cannot avoid, causing rashes and itching.

Pros:

За втори път сме гости на Akteon Girni Hotel и отново останахме изключително доволни.Още при настаняването бяхме посрещнати с усмивка и много позитивно отношение. Въпреки че не сме за първи път в хотела, на рецепцията любезно ни обясниха всичко необходимо и ни накараха да се почувстваме истински добре дошли.
Хотелът е разположен непосредствено на плажа и осигурява шезлонги за своите гости, което е голямо удобство. Стаята и банята са просторни, удобни и чисти, а престоят ни беше спокоен и комфортен. Akteon Girni е място, в което човек се чувства добре и с удоволствие се връща. При всяка възможност отново ще изберем този хотел. Благодарим за прекрасното отношение и гостоприемството!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food, so everyone could find something they liked. Our apartment had a beautiful sea view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In the morning, the sun shines on the beachfront apartments, while in the afternoon it becomes pleasantly shaded, making the balcony perfect for relaxing. We were traveling with our baby, and the beach was ideal for families. We usually went to the beach around 8–9 a.m. and had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Un hotel modern, frumos si atractiv
Pros:

Un hotel elegant, amplasat pe plaja, in mijlocul statiunii, cu camere frumoase, mobilier nou si modern, halate de baie, papuci, mini-bar cu apa rece, personal amabil si simpatic, mic dejun bun, paturile de pe plaja comode (politica rezervarii prealabile, aduce ordine si liniste pe plaja), barul deschis pana noaptea tarziu. Foarte multumita!

Unsatisfactory!
Pros:

The rooms are wide, modern and comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is on the sand, but you have to pay to reserve sunbeds, which are so densely packed that you can't take a normal step when you get up. We reserved places, but we had a date and were going to be on the beach after lunch, but.... no way. Even if it's 5 euros, they won't give you back!

Хареса ни и бихме се върнали
Pros:

Мястото е атрактивно , всичко е на една ръка разстояние от Вас. Чисто и с невероятна тераса. Персонала е от млади и усмихнати хора. Има и удобен паркинг, общо взето на мен това ми покри очакванията и бих отседнал отново там.

Cons:

Много незначителни неща. Мисля че може да се зарежда с капсули кафе всеки ден и чашите да не са картонени. Предполагам че си имат основания, не е фатално.
