This was our second stay, and we will return when we go to Veracruz.
Pros:

The location couldn't be better for enjoying all that the Centro Historico has to offer. The hotel is basic. It has just what you need. No luxuries. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. And for a reasonable extra charge, you can bring your pet, as we did. Affordable parking is available in a garage about two blocks from the hotel.

La ubicacion, que todo esta cerca, el personal es amable, la habiatacion tenia clima, la tv y el internet funcionaban bien

Siento que el baño puede mejorar en limpieza, en la regadera habia moho, con un poco de cloro y pasandole un cepillo se puede limpiar

La hospitalidad delas resepcionistas todas y el joven muy amables

Los aires no enfriaba correctamente y tu e qu limpiar los filtros pero aún así no enfriaba...el baño tenía fuga pero el agua se iva por la taza.. No soy exigente solo quiero decir que le falta alguien d mantenimiento para estar mejor la instalación o lo mejor la habitación 302 que me toco era la única que fallaba

deberian tener precios mas accesibles, ya que aunque es excelente, el cuarto era muy pequeño para el precio, quise quedarme la semana completa pero el precio es demasiado alto
