Perfektní to bylo, byli jsme jen na dvě noci,ale tohle byl příjemný pobyt. Skvělá,nesmírně ochotná,komunikativní paní recepční- tímto znova děkujeme- i díky Vám a Vašemu přístupu byl náš pobyt naprosto bez problému. Wellnes úžasný,opravdu takový výběr zážitkových procedur jsem nikde nezažila. Jídlo výborné- měli jsme polopenzi. Vrátíme se určitě na delší dobu.Tatry jsou překrásné🫶

Alles ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück und Abendbuffet waren sehr gut. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Vše bylo naprosto v pořádku, pobyt jsme si moc užili. Ubytování splnilo naše očekávání a cítili jsme se zde velmi příjemně. Paní recepční byla velmi milá, vstřícná a ochotná. Se vším nám poradila, pomohla a díky jejímu přístupu byl náš pobyt ještě příjemnější. Moc děkujeme a rádi se sem zase vrátíme.

Večera bez dezertu...
Pros:

Parkovanie v cene, welness v cene, Bohaté raňajky.

Cons:

Neušiel sa nám zákusok po večeri, ani múčne jedlo- šúľance, a to bola ešte hodina do konca podávania večere...Upozornil som personál, ale kým sme sedeli,tieto porcie už neboli doložené, len niektoré druhy jedla, ktoré chýbali, tak sme odišli. Niektorým hosťom osobitne čašník doniesol porcie šúľancov, nie však na pult, kde boli švédske stoly.
Parné sauny sú studené...
Ovládač k TV -nevedel som nastaviť hlasitosť- buď to išlo nahlas, alebo sa úplne vypol zvuk.

Večere tak ako ma upozorňovali známy bola jedna veľká katastrofa. A kto žiadnamožnosť výberu jedál. Obsluha neodnášala taniere, no des.
