Szép, tágas szállás, nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel.

Cons:

A vacsora igen szerény volt. Vasárnap este, úgy tűnt nem örülnek a vendégnek. A személyzet unott, flegma volt. Időben érkeztünk a vacsorához, a desszert mákos nudli volt, konkrétan 4 db volt a tálban. Mi 6- an voltunk és jeleztük, hogy szeretnénk kérni. Hát nem volt lelkes a hölgy. Kb fél óra volt mire sikerült kifőzni a fagyasztott nudlit. Üres volt a lekváros tál is, hogy még azt is kértünk teljesen felháborította a felszolgáló férfit, a konyha részre érve még kiabált is. Kár, mert különben tetszett volna nagyon de ez egy kicsit elrontotta a kedvünket. Az árba beleférhetett volna egy kis mosoly, kedvesség is. A recepciósak aranyosak voltak.

Cons:

Wi-fi veľmi ťažko pripojiteľné, pomalý internet, takmer nebolo možné používať.
Tiež veľmi komplikované ladenie TV, vypadávajúci signál a veľmi hlasité nastavenie zvuku, ktoré sa nedalo ovládať a bolo natoľko rušivé, že používanie tv bolo neakceptovateľné v samotnej izbe a iste rušivé aj v susedných izbách, výsledok televízor akoby nebol, čo je absolútny štandard v každom hotely. Tiež absencia prezúviek vo wellnes hotely je veľmi ťažko hodnotiteľná ako dobrý komfort, najmä ak nie je upozornenie na internete. Tiež rýchlovarná kanvica, čajový a kávový set v hoteloch rovnakej aj nižšej kategórie a ceny je aktuálne už štandard. chýbajúci set na čistene topánok - daždivé počasie. Kvalita ponúkaných služieb, keďže viem porovnať s predchádzajúcich rokoch je podstatne nižšia, jedna-dve noci sa dá prežiť v rámci služobnej cesty sa dá zvládnuť, ale vybrať hotel na účely dovolenky určite nie.

Hotel położony nieopodal wejścia na szlaki. Jeśli chcesz eksplorować inne części Tatr, stacja pociągu kursującego wzdłuż gór jest obok hotelu Różnorodne posiłki, świetne spa.

Fajnie, że był basen, sauna. Jedzenie pyszne. Obsługa bardzo miła. Parking przy hotelu. Internetu śmiga. Atutem jest także balkon z możliwością podziwiania widokow. Winda na wszystkie piętra. Pokoje czyste. Zaraz obok jest kolej elektryczna. Ok 500m jezioro. Zdecydowanie polece ten hotel, pomimo 2-och minusów.

Cons:

Szkoda, że z basenu można skorzystać tylko raz dziennie 3h. Byłoby miło gdyby była taka informacja od personelu. Do obiadu kolacji nie ma napojów. Trzeba samemu zapłacić dodatkowo.

Hotel pekný, čistý, strava a welness výborné.
Pros:

Strava bola výborná, rôznorodý výber, veľká priestranná izba, sociálne zariadenia čisté, welness super, splnilo to naše očakávania.

Cons:

Výhľad z izby na betónovú budovu - parkovisko, nie do prírody.
Hotel by mohol mať viac ako jednu masérku vzhľadom na veľký záujem zákazníkov, takže som sa už nedostala na masáž (nebol už voľný termín v deň objednávania)

Veľmi pekný hotel za tu cenu je naozaj všetko úplne ok

Cons:

Málo personálu v obsluhe niekedy ste ich museli hľadať keďže musi poväčšine jeden človek stíhať všetko ale inak veľmi milý a ústretový personál
