Tolles Zimmer und schöne Einrichtung, super Lage, freie Getränke, Mitarbeiter waren sympathisch.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut, aber das Personal wirkte gestresst, die Kaffeeautomaten waren nicht vollständig ausgestattet und es gab keinen Joghurt und wenig Obst.

Top, de beste kamer van 13 dagen door België en Noord-Frankrijk.
Pros:

Ligbad midden in de kamer die uiterst royaal is opgezet, buitengewone luxe midden in de stad Tongeren. Onverwachte parel op de rand van Wallonië, 30 km van Maastricht. Fietsenmaker Marco Velo om de hoek. Rijk bezit bij pech.

Cons:

Geen overdekte plek voor de fiets in de stromende regen, de beschikbare plaatsen waren allemaal bezet.

Pros:

C est étonnant que dans pays en partie francophone on soit complètement perdu et pour cela n ayant pas compris les consignes nous avons écopé d une amende de stationnement notre voiture s étant retrouvé à la fourrière 295€ + la verbalisation par la police 79 euros. Le personnel de l hôtel aurait pu nous prévenir de ce risque . C est très cher payé pour quelqu un comme qui venait pour un WE!!

Ruime kamers, maar wel duur prijs/kwaliteit en renovaties nodig

Grote oppervlakte kamer, zowel bad als douche, grote bedden, goede matras.

Cons:

Voor een 4-sterrenhotel en deze prijsklasse toch wel wat bedenkingen: Geen koffie- en thee op kamer, gebroken glasraam douche, vuile vlekken op deken bed, douche met veel kalkplekken, tapijt in gangen heel vuil, aanbod ontbijt in verhouding prijs beperkt, personeel weet van niks van afspraken gemaakt bij reservatie...

Un hotel idéal pour découvrir Tongres et ses environs
Pros:

La localisation de l'hôtel, à coté du centre-ville, est vraiment idéale. Elle permet de visiter la ville de Tongres à pied sans stress, et également de partir en voiture afin d'explorer les environs. La chambre était très spacieuse, très agréable. L'accueil au top, le personnel très gentil et prêt a rendre service. Rien a redire ce ce coté là

Cons:

Seul bémol au séjour : le petit déjeuner ... il ne correspondait pas à ce qu'on est en droit d'attendre d'un hotel 4 étoiles :-( Peu de choix (les fruits par exemple : uniquement des oranges ou des pommes, ce qui est un comble dans une région si riche en production fruitière), très classique de base je dirais. Un peu déçu sur ce point là
