La sauna, la piscina, la comida, las habitaciones...

Cons:

Que me cobraron cosas del desayuno que en teoría estaba incluido... que nos ofrecieron un tour en kayak pero el día que decidimos hacerlo hacía mucho viento y no nos avisaron que la laguna estaría muy movida... íbamos con un niño que no pudo remar por las olas y tuvimos q suspender la actividad pero nos cobraron igual

Pensez au répulsif à moustiques (ce qui est tout à fait normal dans la jungle)

Au top pour un séjour nature, reposant.
Pros:

Très bel établissement mais qui ne correspond pas vraiment aux photos .. la piscine n’est pas aussi belle et grande qu’elle en a l’air.
Ben est très agréable, et fait des super pancakes pour le petit déjeuner.
Aces gratuit à une très belle lagune (20 minutes de marche)
Si vous rechercher du calme loin de la ville cet établissement est ce qu’il vous faut !

Cons:

Accès assez compliqué, loin du centre de Bacalar (30 minutes)

Le lieux est magnifique, très nature
La piscine est très sympa au milieu de la jungle
Plus tranquille que bacalar
Le restaurant fait des très bonnes pizzas
L'accès au lagon n'est pas trop loin

Cons:

Il faut obligatoirement un véhicule
Les murs sont fins, si les autres clients font du bruits dehors, ça pourrait déranger

Unieke ervaring middenin de jungle op een rustige plek bij de laguna
Pros:

Locatie en faciliteiten, fantastische kamers. Unieke plek in de jungle met mooie privé toegang tot een stukje van de laguna. Er is een heel groot mooi balkon dat je het gevoel geeft dat je middenin het oerwoud zit. Het eten is er heerlijk, een hele goede Italiaanse kok. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad is lekker fris om heerlijk even af te koelen. 's Avonds kun je gezellig bij een kampvuurtje zitten.

Cons:

Kozijntje in de badkamer van hout is wat aan het rotten, dat is jammer. Het is vochtig in de woestijn, maar altijd goed dit dan te schilderen. Zou zo jammer zij als het op deze manier langzaam achteruit gaat. Kampvuur zou iets eerder uit moeten om de rooklucht die naar de kamers opstijgt te voorkomen.

Einfach eine kleine Auszeit im Grünen

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer. Die Anlage ist richtig schön, der Pool sehr sauber und gerade Abends sieht die Beleuchtung im Dschungelgrundstück wirklich toll aus. Das Zimmer war schön große und das Badezimmer absolut in Ordnung. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und sehr darum bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlen.

Le cadre, la tranquillité. Un plus avec la possibilité de manger car loin de tout. Le personnel est prêt à rendre service, attentionné.
Attention quand vous avez une voiture, nous sommes dans la jungle 😁 accès un peu caillouteux.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol, l'heure du déjeuner est un peu tardive ( 8h30 ).

Je conseille cet hôtel à 100%.
Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant, attentif et prêt à nous aider lorsque nous nous sentions mal dans le pays suite aux incidents survenus la veille.
Lieu paisible où règne le calme.
La chambre très confortable où nous avons pu bien nous y reposer. Encore un grand merci au personnel !

Merci à Ben et sa petite équipe au petit soin pour leur accueil chaleureux. Le lieu est vraiment paisible et reposant. Et les pancakes y sont délicieux !

Cons:

Je ne dirais pas que je n’ai pas aimé quelque chose, juste un point d’attention sur les routes de Buenavista qui mènent à l’hôtel qui ne sont pas en très bon état mais en roulant au pas une voiture simple suffit.
