- In our shared dormitories, we limit stays to 14 nights, prohibit guests under 18 and pets, and reserve the right to cancel non-compliant bookings.

The property was modern and good location
I have never experienced such a shocking lack of professionalism and basic respect from hotel staff. At checkout time, two employees simply barged into the room without knocking, without announcing themselves, and without any consideration for the fact that guests were still inside getting changed. They then proceeded to remove the mattress as if our privacy and personal space meant nothing.
This was an outrageous invasion of privacy and an extremely uncomfortable situation. The fact that staff felt it was acceptable to enter an occupied room without warning is beyond unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for guest safety and dignity.
Checkout procedures should never involve employees forcing their way into a room while guests are still present. This was handled in the most unprofessional manner possible and completely ruined our final impression of the hotel.
I would strongly advise management to seriously review their staff training and procedures, because this type of behaviour is not acceptable in any hotel that claims to value its guests.

Me encantó el hotel, desde la recepción esta muy bello, la estación de trenes central de Mestre esta a menos de 5 minutos caminando, hay dos paradas de bus inmediatas a la salida del hotel, hay un minisuper muy cerca, todo me pareció perfecto
Me decepcionó el desayuno buffet, ya que la variedad de desayuno es limitada, pero nos soluciona el salir temprano y con algo en el estómago
