Pros:

i've stayed here the second time. Really wonderfull property - everything was perfect - we even received a bottle of prosecco (for being back :)) ). they arranged an earlier check in - thank you!! the view is amazing, everything was sparkling clean and the water temperature from the jacuzzi, perfect.

Cons:

it is NOT a downside!! - you should have a car for this location and be prepared to go uphill/downhill by foot for a short distance (they offered to help with the luggages from the car to the mill!). And it's very ... windy :)... but it used to be a wind mill so... no complains here!

Si vous recherchez un endroit paisible et original c’est vraiment l’endroit parfait
Pros:

La décoration de la chambre est magnifique. La terrasse est incroyable et il y a une vue exceptionnelle depuis le jacuzzi. L’endroit est paisible dans un quartier calme. Un vrai bonheur! La propriétaire des lieux est adorable.

Cons:

Le logement est un peu éloigné du parking mais d’une manière générale, il faut aimer marcher quand on va à Santorin. Le plus gênant c’est peut-être le bruit du vent dans cet ancien moulin la nuit , mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir.

Clean and beautiful view. Definitely worth the stay.
Pros:

The property was as beautiful as depicted on the website. Be aware of the short uneven 5-minute walk up, and stairs stepping down into the property. This is not a negative to the property, just something potential clients should be aware of.

Cons:

It’s not a property issue, but there is not much around if you don’t have a car.

Superbe location à Exo Gonia
Pros:

L'emplacement au calme, bien placé au centre de l'île, à proximité des villes et lieux à visiter.
Logement très cosy, agencé avec goût avec une magnifique vue de la terrasse et de son jacuzzi.
La propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible et aux petits soins avec ses clients.

Lieu magnifique et vraiment atypique, la chambre est confortable et la terrasse très agréable avec une superbe vue dégagée.
Kassiani, l’hôte , est au petit soin, pour la moindre demande elle est très réactive. De plus n’étant pas en bord de route une personne vient aider pour porter vos valises, attentions très appréciable.
Le ménage fait régulièrement, donc irréprochable.

Cons:

Petit point négatif, on entend le vent quand il souffle fort.

We reserved Mill house with bigger tub.:)
Great views ! Short walk to parking and restaurant.
You will have panoramic view of the island and can see traffic on JTR airport while sitting in a tub, hidden gem for plane spotting :)!
Great service and very friendly staff.
If You like cats..at least 3 of them will be watching You closely.

Highly recommend:)

Cons:

During strong winds noise can be a problem for light sleepers.

Pros:

Ho alloggiato con il mio ragazzo 4 notti, la struttura è pulitissima e bella come nelle foto, l’host Kassiani veramente gentile e disponibile in tutto. Per salire c’è una piccola salita in sassi ma il ragazzo Adam super gentile ti aiuta a portare le valigie
Posizione non male perché è a 20 minuti dalle spiagge più belle e da Oia quindi si trova al centro dell’isola, per girarla noi abbiamo noleggiato il quad
La consiglio veramente!

Pros:

This was an amazing experience. From check in to check out, Kassiani was available at any time. She made various recommendations for dinner and activities. She also arranged the activities for our family. The suite was incredibly clean with housekeeping each day of our stay, this included daily cleaning of the hot tub! We can't say enough about this accommodation and the staff.
