Location. Room was a little small for the price and no facilities other than delicious breakfast

Chambre côté rue moin calme
La gente aquí es muy buena onda! El edificio está muy bien ubicado cerca del metro (5 minutos caminando). El desayuno es de buena calidad y aunque el restaurante debajo del alojamiento no es el mismo del alojamiento en si mismo, los empleados también son muy amables. El ruido de la calle es casi inexistente, aunque hay un poco de ruido del restaurante debajo (estaba en el segundo piso justo arriba; hay unidades mas arriba) antes de las 10 o las 11 y después de las 8. No era super ruidoso ni constante (no pude oír hablar). Limpiaron el alojamiento todos los días y estaba muy limpio y cómodo. Hay AC y funcionó bien.
There was nothing we didn't enjoy about our stay. I can't speak highly enough about the staff and their hospitality. Our room was cleaned beautifully everyday and the food including breakfast was amazing.

No balcony or small terrace or similar. Not many places to be besides the room itself.
The location, in a nice neighborhood near great restaurants and shops. The included breakfast was wonderful way to begin the day.
Not having an elevator-
Casa Serenos is a great place to stay in Mexico City. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable, which made the stay really enjoyable.
There’s no elevator, so carrying luggage up to the second floor can be a bit challenging (especially after a long trip 🙂). Breakfast was okay, but could be improved.
The room was clean and modern with a comfortable bed. The location is right above a tapas restaurant which closed early so it was not an issue with noise. It's not the most charming street in the area, but it was safe and it was easy to get to other restaurants and parks, just a short walk away. The host, Ceasar, was helpful and the breakfast in the morning was tasty.
The decor of the room was pretty sterile, so if you're looking for a Mexico City experience, this isn't really adding much.
Lovely apartment, restaurant downstairs. Luxurious bathroom, comfy bed, full kitchen. Great neighborhood! Staff are friendly and efficient we’ll be back.

The location was perfect and on a quiet street which was nice to come back to in the evenings. Our room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was à la carte and freshly made. Everything was delicious! The staff were nice and very attentive. I would definitely come back!

Small hotel with 6 lovely rooms, breakfast, restaurant in a calm neighborhood that has still some Mexican flair to it.
