The room was excellent for its size and general comfort. The meals in the pub were good.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable, there was no air conditioning, and there was no parking.
Filthy bathrooms and dusty rooms. Never stayed in a place as dirty. Notified staff and still didn’t clean the bathroom.
Cleanliness
Location is extremely central. Room was fine for the money. Traffic does pass by but not at reasonable hours. Staff were all very pleasant, although girl covering breakfast could've been more helpful. Breakfast was fairly priced. The bar closed at 9pm, basically after the dinner crowd left. This was a Friday night in the height of summer, which we thought a bit odd.
The room was okay. Bathroom door was very difficult to close. It was a hot night, and the room was hot too. It's rare you get the temps we had so understandably there's no Aircon. There was a small fan. Shower nozzle settings weren't fully working but water was hot and powerful enough.

Excellent breakfast, lots of choice and very reasonable price. Location excellent, no parking but not far from car parks , there is a bay to park in to drop off/collect luggage. Lovely friendly staff.

Convenient, easy access and ideal for overnight stay for a show at theatre by the lake
Noisy we were right next to a boiler or something which kept kicking in every few minutes. Bathroom although clean desperately needed an upgrade
