Es war ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft.
Pros:

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Premantura. Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen, mit wenigen Gehminuten zum Strand. Wir hatten eine große Terrasse und es war auch alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nach wenigen Tagen hing ungefragt schon eine Tüte mit neuen Handtüchern an unserer Tür, das hat uns gefreut. Den Pool haben wir auch gut genutzt. Wir sind super zufrieden und erholt nach Hause gekommen und können uns sehr gut vorstellen, hier nochmals einen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Cons:

Das Haus ist ein bisschen hellhörig, hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört.

Spacious family apartment with a great pool, near Kamenjak
Pros:

Layout and Space: The apartment is very spacious. Having a separate bedroom for the kids and a master bedroom for us was a huge advantage.

Facilities: Having two bathrooms with toilets is a game-changer, especially during the morning rush.

Comfort and Tech: The central air conditioning in every room works reliably. The Wi-Fi was excellent and worked flawlessly throughout our entire stay. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, and kettle.

Perfect Location: The apartment is located very close to Kamenjak (Cape Kamenjak), which was a major plus for our trips.

Pool and Parking: The pool is wonderful, and there are plenty of sun loungers available. Parking was very easy and sufficient.

Welcome Set: We appreciated the basic cleaning starter kit (sponge, cloth, and a small dish soap) provided upon arrival.

Cons:

Kitchen Limitations: The kitchen area is quite tiny, and the ceramic hob is very difficult to operate. The equipment is a bit insufficient (we missed a colander for pasta/rice and a kitchen towel). We would also have absolutely loved to have a dishwasher.

Pool Maintenance: While the pool is great, it is showing its age. The pool ladder is still wobbly (as noted in reviews from a year ago), and some sun loungers are worn out.

Supplies: The starter cleaning kit is fine for a weekend, but for a longer stay, larger supplies would be much better.

Rilassante, mare molto bello e paesaggio suggestivo

Quando si arriva manca l'indirizzo del residence e non si capisce dove andare, dato che bisogna passare alla reception che gestisce diverse strutture, questa informazione dovrebbe essere più chiara.

Pros:

Puikus erdvus butas su 2 vonios kambariais ir balkonu mums buvo labai patogus. Virtuvėje visi reikalingi indai ir įrankiai. Šalia baseinas su pakankamai gultų. Naktimis ramu, bet visai netoliese galima rasti visko, ko prireikia per atostogas.

Cons:

Raktų pasiėmimas gana komplikuotas dėl sudėtingai nurodomo registratūros adreso.

A két hálószobás apartman kényelmes, az elhelyezkedése tökéletes.

Közel a strandhoz és a városközponthoz, gyalog minden elérhető pár perc alatt. Jól felszerelt konyha.

A 2 ágyas stúdió nagyon zsúfolt, az ágy kényelmetlen.

Świetny pobyt
Pros:

Pobyt był świetny. Czysty, duży apartament. Świetnie działająca klimatyzacja. Balkon z widokiem na basen i okolicę. Oba łóżka były bardzo wygodne, żadna twarda kanapa.
Na pewno jeszcze kiedyś powtórzymy pobyt w tym miejscu.

Cons:

Brakowało nam przyzwoitego ekspresu do kawy, ale to szczegół.
