This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The customer service was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I have stayed in many hotels around Europe, but I have never been treated this badly.

I was charged an extra €300, which I found completely unreasonable and unfair. Instead of trying to help or explain the situation properly, the staff were unfriendly and only cared about taking more money.

I left this hotel feeling disappointed, frustrated, and taken advantage of. I would never stay here again, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. There are many better hotels in Luxembourg that actually respect their guests.

Ļoti jauka vieta - viss tīrs, sakārtots, jauns. Dzīvoklī viss nepieciešamais. Bija pieejama bezmaksas autostāvvieta. Ērta nokļūšana ar kājām līdz pilsētas centram.

Viskas buvo puiku. Vieta šalia centro, visur gali nueiti pėstute, nereikia važiuoti. Daug kavinių ir parduotuvių. Apartamentai tvarkingi, viskas buvo ko reikėjo. Patogios lovos, pagalvės, nieko netrūko virtuvėje.
Šalia pravažiuoja traukiniai, bet mažai girdėjau, nes dažniausiai miegu su kamštukais, o diena visai ir įdomu juo pastebėti 😊
Ačiū, už svetingumą.

Could be a good option if they install cooling system

The location and stuff was good

Cons:

It does not have any cooling system. During hot summer day you need to open the windows. It is just 3-5 meters from railway and too noisy. The trains are passsing every few minutes. Could not sleep at all.

Svårt att få tag på personalen, svårt att hitta platsen och förstå vart byggnaden är. Men efter letande och frågande hittade vi till slut.

Für kurze Aufenthalte gut und schön eingerichtet
Pros:

Unkompliziert: Einchecken je nach Ankunftszeit über einen Tür-Code, Aus Checken ebenfalls easy.
Einrichtung: ansprechend und modern.
Außen -Jalousien vorhanden und auch Ohrenstöpsel. Bad modern, Fön ist da, Küchenausstattung gut bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten

Cons:

Lage: direkt an den Bahngleisen, mega laut, geschlossene Fenster halten dies nicht ab, ein Fenster war anscheinend defekt.
Komfort/Ausstattung: es fehlte uns leider ein Toaster und mehr Besteck, das Schlafsofa war eher hart, aber für 2 Nächte okay.
Das App. war mega warm, die großen Fenster waren abgeschlossen
Ein paar mehr Haken im Bad für Handtücher wären praktisch, vor allem bei 4 Personen
Parken: Mini Innenhof, wenn man Glück hat, bekommt man 1 Platz. Um reinzufahren sollte man ein geübter Fahrer sein oder lieber draußen parken. (Parkschein)

Die Lage ist super zentral, dennoch hört man von den Bahngleisen fast gar nichts Dank super Isolierung und Außenrolläden. Klasse!
Die kleine Küchenzeile ist super praktisch, besser als ein Hotelzimmer.
