Políticas do hotel não apresentadas aquando a reserva
Pros:

A amplitude do quarto e a localização eram boas, bem como o espaço e piscina exterior.

Cons:

Caução avultada face aos benefícios que quase não existem.
Ao fazer check in foi-nos indicado que só poderíamos utilizar a piscina interior e o ginásio uma vez por dia, e que, caso quiséssemos usufruir mais vezes, teríamos de pagar extra. Esta indicação não foi referida em momento nenhum, nem no site da booking ao fazer a reserva, nem no próprio site do hotel (caso tivesse sido referido, nunca teria feito reserva neste hotel).
Por outro lado, o horário de abertura da piscina interior e do ginásio é extremamente tardio e o fecho é, por sua vez, cedo. Acresce ainda o facto de os hóspedes terem apenas 50 minutos para usufruto do ginásio.
Em relação a estes horários, ainda nos foi recusado aproveitar o ginásio às 17:45h, sendo que o fecho era às 18h.
Concluímos com um check out até às 10h.

Atenção na hora de deixar o caução!!

Acomodação excelente muito espaçosa com geladeira, fogão, máquina de lavar e varanda grande. Estacionamento grande. Acomodação excelente.

O hotel fica longe de todos os pontos turísticos. Estávamos de carro por isso não atrapalhou muito.
O que me incomodou MUITO foi a solicitação do caução, que já sabíamos que era para ser feita em dinheiro, mas o rapaz da recepção sugeriu para fazer no cartão que era mais “fácil” e o valor nem seria debitado no cartão. Conclusão: valor foi debitado, pagamos IOF e a diferença da cotação do euro. Fiquei muito chateada.

Expert Marketing: The website and online photos are excellent. They do a fantastic job of selling the property and drawing you in; the hotel looks exactly as advertised in the pictures.

​Room Size & Aesthetics: The rooms are genuinely huge, and the lobby is very pretty and well-designed.

​Accurate Visuals: I will give credit that the physical space looks like the photos—the scale and the decor match what is shown online.

​Atmosphere & Delivery: Despite the pretty pictures, the actual vibe is quite gloomy. The "outdoor-style" setup means you are constantly exposed to the elements and noise rather than feeling tucked away in a cozy room.
​Poor Communication: The service is frustrating. No one ever answers the phone, requiring a trip down to the lobby 90% of the time just to get a simple question answered.
​Functional Issues: Basic amenities are lacking. My electric kettle didn't work, and for such a large room, the TV is tiny (maybe 30 or 32 inches), which feels out of proportion.
​Poor Layout & Noise: The bed is positioned to face the street. Because of the outdoor layout, you can hear everyone walking by and—even worse—smell cigarette smoke coming directly into your space.

A experiência foi MUITO boa,lugar tranquilo, acolhedor ..: apartamento super completo.
Atendimento maravilhoso de todos
Mas foi o diferencial foi o atendimento do Gustavo e da Claudia…que tornaram o local ainda mais especial.
Eles fizeram total diferença na minha hospedagem

O único ponto negativo é o horário de abertura do ginásio.. que só abre às 10h
Quando fiz minha reserva foi justamente por ter ginásio.
Mas quase não pude usar porque abria muito tarde e a água da piscina interior que estava um pouco fria.
Espero que eles revejam isso para garantir outra reserva minha futuramente HAHA
