Het hotel ligt centraal. Er is een mooie en nieuwe poolbar.

Wij hadden een kamer op de begane grond gekregen achter de receptie. Er is een soort contructie bij de ramen waardoor het raam open is. Bij ons was de hor kapot, waarvoor er veel muggen binnen kwamen. Ook waren er veel schimmelplekken in de kamer en was de kamer ontzettend gehorig. De eerste nacht hebben andere hotelgasten tot 1:00 uur voetbal gekeken voor onze hotelkamer. Ik heb uiteindelijk een kamer op de eerste verdieping gekregen. Deze kamer was beter. Ik vind t eigenlijk te veel geld voor wat je krijgt. Ik zou dan eerder voor een paar tientjes Royal Torarica boeken. Daar heb ik wel een fijn verblijf gehad.

Très mauvaise expérience.

L'insonorisation des chambres est insuffisante et les nuisances sonores sont fréquentes. Mais le plus gros problème a concerné la gestion de notre réservation et de notre caution.

Nous avions payé l'intégralité du montant indiqué sur Booking. Malgré cela, l'hôtel a tenté de retenir une partie de notre caution en affirmant qu'il manquait un paiement. Les explications fournies étaient confuses et aucun suivi clair des transactions ne nous a été présenté.

Après de longues discussions particulièrement tendues, nous avons finalement récupéré l'intégralité de notre caution. Nous regrettons toutefois la manière dont la situation a été gérée et le manque de professionnalisme dont nous avons été témoins. Cette expérience a fortement terni notre séjour.

Je conseille aux futurs voyageurs de conserver soigneusement leur confirmation de réservation ainsi que toutes leurs preuves de paiement.

Die Lage zum erkunden der Stadt ist top. Die Anlage ist vielleicht nicht mehr die neueste, aber gepflegt und nett gestaltet. Restaurant wurde während meines Aufenthaltes renoviert und dürfte nach Fertigstellung ein weiteres Plus sein. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Großer Benefit ist der hauseigene Shuttle-Service zu einem fairen Preis von 26 Dollar. Andere Taxis oder Shuttles wollten 50 oder 60 Dollar.

Cons:

Eine Seite des Bettes war kaputt und nicht nutzbar. Kann passieren. ich konnte die andere Seite nutzen und hab es daher erst bei Anreise gemeldet. Ich gehe davon aus, dass es umgehend behoben wurde.
