The bathroom towels, although clean, were in poor condition—frayed and with loose threads, which gave an overall impression of poor maintenance.

The room had only one power outlet, which was quite inconvenient.

Additionally, the door could only be locked with a key and did not have an interior safety latch, which affected the sense of security.

Although breakfast was included, I was charged for a coffee refill, which was unexpected and not something I have experienced at other hotels.
