Cons:

Actually I booked a room for 5 members..my family in booking.com when I booked the room at that time only I called hotel management and took a confirmation about the rooms ...after reaching the location the receptionist flipped his word he made me to cancel the booking from the app he told he will provide rooms after I cancelled the room booking from booking.com
And rooms were very horrible and terrible...he took the same price as I saw in the app ...my family members faced a lot of problems.... terrible experience......he took my phone and he himself cancelled the booking...he don't provided the essential things when we enter the room....

Pros:

Room was spacious and AC/Hot water service was good.

Cons:

Cramped parking, very narrow street, too many calls and argument for advance payment from Hotel side before we arrived. Blanket was not clean and even had holes in it.
Before we arrived, Staff kept calling us and for advance frustrated us upto the extent that we thought of changing the booking as well. Plus we payed more than the tariff which was on website for that day. On website it was showing 2800rs the day we arrived, but we payed 3600+ rs because we booked in advance.

Stay was pleasant
Pros:

There was no breakfast provided. However there was a place close by that served very good breakfast

Cons:

The room and specifically the washroom were much smaller than that shown in the video. Also there was a problem with getting a vegetarian restaurant in the vicinity

Cons:

Chambre immonde. Draps sales, murs sales, sdb dégoûtante, réception qui donne envie de fuir. Franchement pour 1100 roupies la nuit c'est du vol. A une rue de là les hôtels Banyan tree, lok sagar ou Mysore Grand sont 100 fois mieux pour quelques centaines de roupies de plus.

Pros:

Stay was clean

Cons:

This hotel gave away a reserved 4-bed room to other guests. They forced us into two separate rooms instead and charged extra money for their own mistake. The service was highly unprofessional and unfair. Hot water issue.
