Love the location.
Pros:

The location was perfect! Everything was nearby—gas stations, convenience stores, and all the good restaurants.

Cons:

The only thing that was a bit off was the shower drainage. The water didn’t drain properly and ended up spreading all over the bathroom floor.

It was great value for money and the staff are very accommodating.
Pros:

I booked incredibly late and abrupt. I just landed at the airport, and needed a very quick place and booked one for the night and receptionist was very responsive in confirming when I called that the booking indeed came through, and that there's indeed a room available for that night right away.

The location is also great as it's along the main highway I think and most of the places I needed to get to was just a few minutes away.

They also had daily cleaning which made the room pleasant to stay in every day. They already had a hair dryer available so that made it easier to prepare everyday.

Cons:

There are no basic things that are "typically" expected of a "hotel" such as: body wash, conditioner/shampoo, good soap or hand wash, slippers, and free bottles of water.

Although they had hair dryer, they don't have a readily available steamer or iron. When I requested for one, it came right away but it was too small and didn't work properly. I'd think for a hotel, that is available and working properly.

Good for price and comfy stay just bring sanitizer for the smell and mold.
Pros:

I like that all the amenities are working. The hot shower is functioning well.

Cons:

When we arrive, the exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working. There is this mold scent the first time we entered the room.

Do NOT book at this hotel: It's already out of business and yet still continues to accept bookings.
Cons:

Hotel was a scam or whoever was continuing to accept reservatioms owes me a refund! I arrived at the hotel only to find out that it was no longer operating for quite some time.
