Good for price and comfy stay just bring sanitizer for the smell and mold.
Pros:

I like that all the amenities are working. The hot shower is functioning well.

Cons:

When we arrive, the exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working. There is this mold scent the first time we entered the room.

Do NOT book at this hotel: It's already out of business and yet still continues to accept bookings.
Cons:

Hotel was a scam or whoever was continuing to accept reservatioms owes me a refund! I arrived at the hotel only to find out that it was no longer operating for quite some time.

L'albergo ha una bella hall, il personale è gentile, la stanza ha il giusto spazio per un soggiorno breve.
Se soggiorni sul lato strada. Il traffico è intenso e incessante fino a notte fonda.
Infine la richiesta del deposito in contanti per coprire eventuali danni, ci ha impedito di consumare gli ultimi soldi prima di partire per l'aeroporto.

350ml drinking water of local brand at 2nd floor of restaurant charaged me 195P. Such a ridiculous. I have double checked with staff. 195P……The Metro Supermarket only sell 30P.

The breakfast

Cons:

Too many loud sounds such as slamming doors, frequently echoed throughout the floor. The staff also made too much late night noise while cleaning the stairwell. AC was slow to cool.
