Pros:

Valencia is a beautiful city, and the apartment is in a great location.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was a huge disappointment.

First of all, the cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. The bed linen was dirty, with numerous stains and clear signs of wear. The sofa bed had not been prepared, and the bedding was stored inside a dirty compartment under the bed. The floors and walls throughout the apartment were also visibly dirty.

Our room was clearly adapted for guests with disabilities, which was absolutely not an issue for us. However, the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable. There were rust-colored stains on the floor, the sliding door was damaged and coming apart, and both the sink and the floor were dirty.

We reported all of these issues on the day we arrived. The following day, a person who appeared to be the housekeeping manager came to inspect the room. Instead of immediately replacing the dirty bed linen, he first walked around the apartment trying to argue that the linen and other items were simply worn rather than dirty. This was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The refrigerator was leaking and had a bad smell. The final straw was discovering a huge cockroach that came out from behind the toilet and ran around the bathroom. We reported it immediately, but no one came to deal with the situation until around 1:00 p.m. the following day.

Unfortunately our stay caused us a great deal of stress and disgust. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property.

À la découverte de Valencia!
Pros:

La communication avec l’établissement, l’appartement propre, bien équipé, literie de très bonne qualité, très bien placé, arrêts de bus à proximité. Proches des commerces, du centre commercial Saler, à 20mn en bus de la plage, à 15mn à pied de la cité des sciences et de l’oceanografic, près du centre historique, des restaurants & des bars… tout pour passer de bonnes vacances dans la sérénité.

Pros:

Posizione favolosa! Comodissima a linee autobus sia per centro città che per mare. Il parco Gulliver è a due passi e anche la città della scienza e delle arti

Cons:

L’unica pecca è stato un odore spiacevole dagli scarichi appena arrivati, ma è andato via quasi subito. La mancanza di una doppia tenda per la privacy e poca insonorizzazione tra gli appartamenti interni

Hübsch, komfortabel und gut gelegen.
Pros:

Gute zentrale Lage. Schön und gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet.

Cons:

Straße und Eingangstür sind laut. Abluft aus dem Bad nicht vorhanden. AC zu schwach um Raum runterzukühlen.

Pros:

Die Lage war ideal. Viele Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Gulliver Park, Faller Museum und andere Highlights zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war klimatisiert, ausreichend ausgestattet und sauber. Das Bett war angenehm hoch, Die Matratze für mich gut fest und nicht zu weich. Die Wohnung und der Hauseingang sind mit Nummerncode ausgestattet. Ganz angenehm, weil man nicht an die Schlüssel denken muss.

Cons:

Die Unterbringung der Kleider und Koffer. Nur ein offenes Regal, zwischen Decke und Boden gespannt. Eine Schublade. Garderobe fehlt im Eingangsbereich um mall etwas aufzuhängen zum lüften. J

The water from the shower kept spilling out onto the bathroom floor and there was nowhere to put the shampoo nor the soap. Pillows were not very comfy. But would stay again.

Много добра локация. На 15-20 мин пеша от Океанографик,в близост има автобусни спирки, за връзка с Биопарк и центъра на града. Домакините са изключително отзивчиви,отговарят незабавно на всяко наше запитване. Мястото е безопасно и спокойно.

Pros:

We really loved the place! First of all because it was fully digital check in check out, then the location, it’s perfect! And the apartment is really comfortable and nice!!! With lots of details, even those individual olive oils 🥰 all was great!!!! We spent there 4 nights, was perfect. Clean and comfortable!
