Pros:

The hotel is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The pool is the best I have been in as I could float in the salt water.

Helpful staff, but the hotel is quite old and not very comfortable for older guests due to the lack of a lift.

The staff were helpful and responded quickly whenever we had a problem. They also changed our room when we requested it.

Cons:

The hotel is quite old and there is no lift. Our room was initially on the third floor, which made going up and down the stairs difficult. This could be especially challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility issues. During our stay, we also experienced several problems in the room. One day there was no water, and on another day the telephone was not working. The staff came and fixed the issues each time, but because the property is quite old, something seemed to go wrong almost every day. We requested a room change because of the stairs, and thankfully the staff accommodated our request.

Завтрак очень посредственный и невкусный. Тапочки порвались после первого использования, а мыльные принадлежности были самого дешевого качества.

В номере не было ни одной бутылки питьевой воды. Когда я попросила воду после долгой дороги, управляющий просто сказал: «Мы не предоставляем воду», развернулся и ушел, не проявив никакого желания помочь. Две бутылки воды пришлось буквально выпрашивать.

Сервис полностью разочаровал. Возле бассейна невозможно найти сотрудников или полотенца для бассейна, а при выезде никто даже не попрощался.

Перед выездом мы обнаружили в прикроватной тумбочке пустые бутылки из-под воды. Не знаю, была ли это настолько плохая уборка или своеобразная реакция на мою просьбу о двух бутылках воды, но впечатление осталось крайне неприятное. Мы гостили 1 день, поэтому не пользовались этой тумбочкой.

It was very quiet - only about 20 guests staying in total so it lacked a bit of atmosphere. Breakfast was ok but they’d probably put more choice out if the hotel was busier.

Спокойный уютный отель, атмосферное место - крутой спуск-горка, и до моря -так же.
Дают купоны-билеты на бесплатное посещение пляжа другого отеля, очень удобно и пляж хороший.
Бассейн с морской водой, атмосферный завтрак на террасе с видом на бухту.
Парковка, тихое место, до шумного центра 15-20 минут в горку и под горку, на машине 5-10 - с поиском парковки.
Чуть выше по улице много ресторанов, в центр идти необязательно.

Немного "уставшая" сантехника, но не критично.
