Pros:

Location was ideal for us and also had the swimming pool which was a bonus.

Cons:

The toiletries in the bathroom were empty. Also we were allocated a disabled room which was fine but the toilet facilities were different.

Awful. If you want a good nights sleep - DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
Pros:

I’d like to complain and ask for refund. There was a party in the hotel and it was going on past 1:00am. I called reception and asked what the noise was. I was told there was a party in the hotel in the ‘quiet area’ and that it was now being asked to stop. It stopped at 01:35am which is ridiculous. I got no sleep neither did my children. I’d like refund.

Cons:

Not have a party in the hotel with lots of families present which finished at 01:35am.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The team at Novotel were great.
Friendly and professional. Can't fault them.

Cons:

The pool area is getting a little run down.
The lockers don't work, although the hotel doesn't feels insecure.
The sauna doesn't get up to a sauna temp.
Beds are on the harder side.
