Worst, pathetic, lies and cockroaches

The staff are really helpful

Cons:

Entire stay was unpleasant, the room is full of cockroaches, dirty, all rooms smelled cigarettes, no soap, nothing clean, I don't even give 1 star for this. No maintenance at all. They promised breakfast, but there is none. Total fake apartment.

Staff response not satisfied. We showed the part paid bill. But they said they did not received. they said that you call to whom you paid. we felt insulted. room was given late. See when the hotel booking is online management has to take responsibility to clarify the payment of customer online with the receipt online.
