Pros:

Os pontos positivos, que foram reforçados pelas estadias anteriores, são a localização central, café da manhã bacana e espaço bem acolhedor. Quarto, um pouco pequeno, porém limpo, organizado e com boas instalações.

Cons:

O que achamos que poderiam melhorar, são as taxas Pet e de estacionamento, pequeno vazamento no box e na janela. Ainda pode ser melhorado na rampa em espiral do estacionamento, que derrapa bastante quando tentamos subir com o veículo para outros andares.
