Close to BGC and other budget carinderia, fast- food meals.
Pros:

There is enough drinking water during my stay.

Good value for the location and amenities. Would return, despite some issues.
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to BGC. Friendly staff. Room had everything you would need. TV, microwave, AC, fridge, linens, free water etc.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned properly before arrival. Ant nest in the bathroom, the door of which is at the head of the bed. Saw the ants before I even opened the door.
In fairness, once I pointed out the situation, I was offered a room change immediately. Asked for bug spray instead to see if I could resolve it without moving rooms. Thankfully a hefty dosing of spray got rid of them.

Mattress was a little saggy in places.
