Завтрак разнообразный
Удобная кровать и просторный номер
Мини бар платный, вода две литровые бутылки, чай/кофе бесплатные. Чайник в номере.
Халаты, тапочки, любые косметические принадлежности, фен, три вида полотенец, достаточно чисто, шторы блэкаут
Отзывчивый секьюрити на входе (помог с чемоданами и советом)
Вид не плохой

Cons:

- очень шумные ремонтные работы на первом этаже под коммерческое помещение. После ночного рейса не удалось отдохнуть днем. Дрожал пол и кровать в номере на 4 этаже от отбойного молотка, которым ломали стены. Судя по всему ремонт еще будет продолжаться долго.
- термостат в душе не работал должным образом. Всегда лилась горячая вода. После жалобы починили.
- кондиционер в алматинскую жару был установлен на 16 градусов и дул просто как вентилятор. После жалобы ничего не поменялось
- завтрак мог бы быть приготовлен вкуснее
- персоналу на ресепшене немного пофиг, улыбаются, но своими ответами хотят побыстрее от тебя отделаться
Больше не вернусь в этот отель

A nice property to stay for family with kids
Pros:

Room booked - Premium Quadruple Room
A very nice and big property. With current ongoing modifications, i believe it will be a fantastic property to stay with family.
From our 5th floor rooms we had mountain view. It was nice. The location is good as well. Rooms are not very big, but enough for a family of 3 or 4.
House keeping staff - very good and helpful.
Breakfast buffet - Low on protein for a NON BEEF eater, for others it good. Coffee was good. Croissant - very good.

Cons:

Breakfast - Please have some options for kids, like waffles or pancakes & chicken nuggets.

Great location, great room size; not the best housekeeping
Pros:

Room size is excellent. The view from room is perfect- you see the mountains and the city. Cannot ask for a better location either- right next to best walking street, parks, metro station, restaurants. And the hotel building itself is great!

Cons:

- Limited vegetarian options in breakfast
- Housekeeping not up to standards- room was clearly not vacuumed daily; they did not replace dirty glasses/mugs in the room. We were 3 people staying in double room, but had to ask for glasses everyday
- the sink in the bathroom is flat (not deep) and water splashes all over
- Pretty good place; housekeeping is disappointing

كل شي كان جميل و مريح ما عدا موضوع التنظيف و القائمين عليه

قربه من المطاعم وشارع اربات و السوبرماركت

Cons:

موظفون التنظيف لايأتون كل يوم ولا يقومون بتنظيف الغرفه ولا تزويدنا بالماء و نحن اربع اشخاص في غرفه عائليه
