The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There is free parking; the receptionist actually got behind the wheel of my car and parked it for me. The room, bed linen, and towels were very clean. The location is very convenient, with everything within walking distance.

the location is good and air con was working
The facilities were disappointing, the rooms aren't very clean and things are not working. The tv was broken, the iron was dirty and the cables were exposed and I would say dangerous, the mini fridge wasn't cold and was leaking, bed sheets had holes in them, the shower is leaking so the whole bathroom floor gets wet, the towels were not drying during the day so you need to use wet towels for 2 days as the receptionist refused to provide new ones and later said they run out of them. If you have a car you also need to leave your keys to them so good luck

Siamo stati accolti dal sorriso di Tuba, disponibile, ci ha trovato parcheggio davanti alla stanza, importante per la nostra moto. A 10 minuti dal centro, è una ottima soluzione. Posto sicuro, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Очень неудобная винтовая лестница. С чемоданом очень проблематично. Старенький ремонт, но чисто.
Excellent location in the old town region, it has nice personnel who can help you with the parking of your car and give you information about the surroundings. AC in every room, quiet neighborhoods. Easy on foot access to the many attractions in the area. The top floor room is amazing, with fantastic views over the Bosphorus. The top building terrace itself offers views over the Bosphorus and in the opposite area, to The Blue Mosque.
When we comeback, we will gladly book again here.
The staff were absolutely amazing. The place was very clean, they would always clean it every day. The rooms look good and are pretty spatious. The air conditioning worked very well and is modern, making it comfortable even when sleeping if needed. The beds are ok, good enough for a trip
Location is top, you're close to the very important touristic places in Sultanahmet and you're also close to a train station, a tram (very important tram) and busses, making it a great location if you want to explore more of the city. Also, the station for Havaist (the airport's bus company that will bring you from and to the airport) is at less than 10 minutes walk so it's absolutely perfect and very convenient
I recommend this place with all my heart and we'll definitely come here again next time we're in Istanbul.
