Pros:

Только место расположения и отчасти цена

Cons:

Очень грязно, была пыль, паутина, все стены обшарпаны, белье с чужими волосами, матрасы продавлены и все в пятнах, ковролин такое ощущение что никогда не чистился

Lovely!
Pros:

Convenient location at Kote Aphkazi street where in the heart of the most happening place. Hop step and a jump to Liberty square.

Since i travel to Tbilisi quite often i know how the old buildings are even though they are renovated, the old pipeline in the bathroom has terrible drainage smell, so i was quiet afraid of it BUT thankfully Hotel Marlyn free of that. Quite a gem.

We got the room over looking the run down apartments to mother of Georgia , i actually liked it, it grows on you!

They have an elevator!!!!!

The staff are great , wonderful chit chats!

I would come back here for sure.

Cons:

Nothing to be honest.

It would be nice if they could offer complimentary water.

ได้ห้อง 207 มีระเบียง ห้องขนาดกลาง ห้องค่อนข้างเก่า รวมถึงห้องน้ำ ในตอนเช้าน้ำไม่ไหล โรงแรมมีลิฟท์แต่เล็ก ห้องอาหารเล็กแต่พนักงานน่ารักเอาใจใส่ดี มีอาหารให้พอประมาณ สัญญานไวไฟไม่แรง Great location, within walking distance of attractions. Close to delicious restaurants. There's live music at night, audible from the room but not too loud, which I liked. There's a mini-mart nearby. I arrived before check-in time, and the hotel allowed me to check in early.
I got room 207, which has a balcony. It's a medium-sized room, but quite old, including the bathroom. The water stopped flowing in the morning. The hotel has a small elevator. The dining area is small, but the staff are lovely and attentive. The food selection is adequate. The Wi-Fi signal is weak.

สิ่งที่ไม่ชอบ คือรู้สึกว่าห้องจริงไม่ค่อยตรงกับที่ลงในเวปซึ่งดูใหม่ น้ำไม่ไหลในตอนเช้าประมาณ 1 -2 ชม. ร้านแลกเงินใกล้ๆโรงแรมไม่แนะนำให้แลก เพราะกลุ่มเรารู้สึกเหมือนโดนโกงเงินไป 10 us dolla / What I disliked was that the actual room didn't quite match the pictures on the website, which looked new. The water was out for about 1-2 hours in the morning. I wouldn't recommend the money exchange shop near the hotel because our group felt like we were scammed out of 10 US dollars.

В моем номере был очень слабый интернет. Но в ресторане, проблем не было. Также неудобно, то что на каждом этаже отдельный пароль для подключения к WiFi.
Ремонт и мебель немного уставшие...

Hervorragendes Hotel in Tbilisi
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Das Personal war hervorragend, alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, erwähnen möchte ich die junge Dame, die im Frühstücksraum tätig war, sie ist einfach Spitze, die Omelettes und Spiegeleier grandios.....

Cons:

Stauraum im Zimmer kaum vorhanden, auch fehlt ein Tisch, auf dem man Dinge deponieren kann und schreiben kann.
