Super comfortabel en een heerlijk mooi zwembad. Zeer luxe uitstraling

Cons:

De snelheid waarmee je bediend werd of soms moet wachten voordat je kon bestellen valt wel tegen ook is de kaart wat beperkt. Het eten zelf is kwalitatief echt perfect maar na drie dagen heb je de kaart wel gehad.

Niesamowite miejsce. Widok z tarasu zapiera dech w piersiach. Profesjonalna obsługa. Jedzenie w restauracji bardzo dobre.

Bien mais peut encore s’améliorer.
Pros:

Le personnel du petit déjeuner et du dîner très efficace et souriant, sympathique.
Le confort de la chambre avec vue.
Le restaurant sur place excellent.
Ceci dit, pour un établissement de cette qualité on
S’attendrait à ce que les lits soient faits avant le 3eme jour.
En outre la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas et au lieu de faire venir un plombier, on nous a expliqué qu’il fallait appuyer sur les deux parties en même temps : ça fonctionnait une fois sur deux. Pas sérieux.

Cons:

Une certaine rigidité du management.
La piscine qui ne devait plus être utilisée après 18 h alors qu’on était en pleine canicule.

Wspaniałe miejsce na odpoczynek
Pros:

Przepyszne serwowane śniadanie i niesamowicie pomocna załoga. Widok na jezioro Szkoderskie była wspaniały o każdej porze dnia. Bardzo smaczne dania w restauracji. To wyjątkowe miejsce na odpoczynek, z dala od zgiełku i w bardzo przyjaznej atmosferze.

מלון חדש , נקי , צוות שירותי ונעים .
במלון בריכה בחוץ , רק נפתחה ביום שהגענו .
מלון נמצא על ההר וקשה מאוד להגיע לשם , עליה מאוד חדה . סביב במלון אין כלום , כדי להגיע למרכז צריך לנסוע עם רכב.
חדרים גדולים , נקיים עם מרפסת .

Cons:

מיקום קצת לא נוח להגיע , אבל עם רכב אין שום בעיה .

Pool, boutique hotel, fabulous pool.

Cons:

Room isn't made up unless you put sign on your door, cocktails were very weak even after asking for strong ones, safe in room not bolted to anything.
