Pros:

Quarto super espaçoso com varanda que dá vista para o lago e equipe atenciosa.

Cons:

O hotel fica em frente ao Lago mas no alto sem acesso direto ao lago. Chegando de carro a noite fica um pouco difícil porque o acesso é por uma rua estreita e depois uma rampa, mas nada impossível. Outro ponto é que o hotel não tem elevador mas vale mencionar que o segurança super solícito levou as malas e no dia seguinte nos ajudaram também. Café da manhã é razoável.

מלון מקסים, נוף יפה מרחבת הבריכה, מלא נינוחות ורוגע. יש חשק להישאר ולספוג את כל השלווה!
המסעדה הכי טובה שהיתה לנו בשהותנו באלבניה, עם שף איטלקי מעולה ומנות מקוריות!
צוות המלון מסביר פנים, מסייע, דובר אנגלית שוטפת, מייעץ והכל באוירה נעימה.

Nice hotel view
Pros:

The actual properties are amazing like the view and everything and everything is clean and the location is really nice in the mountains

Cons:

They should have more English type of breakfast like continental we’ve like maybe eggs, bacon sausages, more stuff like that because the breakfast was very simple and it left me hungry and stuff like the muffins were too hard. I’m not sure why it’s listed as skhoder which is why we booked it but it’s like outskirts so the taxis were so expensive it was so hard to even get a taxi every time and it was always costing around £20 one way which made us just end up wasting so much money just to get to the city centre it’s actually in the middle of like nowhere

Pros:

La sympathie du personnel, leur disponibilité et la vue de l’hôtel. Nous avions une excursion prévue très tôt le matin et avions payé pour avoir le petit déjeuner. Nous avons eu droit à un petit déjeuner préparé pour notre départ très tôt le matin. Petit déjeuner complet et très bon.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but the evening service was quite inattentive and it often took a long time to get the staff’s attention. When we ordered two drinks each due to the slow service, we received an unfriendly comment from a member of staff.

Unfortunately, breakfast cannot be tailored to food intolerances. I’m gluten intolerant, and when I asked about options, the waiter referred to it as “my problem” rather than checking with the kitchen. There was also no alternative to cow’s milk available.

Tolles Hotel mit wunderbarem Abendessen am Pool mit Seesicht.
Pros:

Mein Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, geräumig und verfügt über eine grosse Terrasse.
Das Abendessen war wunderbar und wurde auf der Terrasse beim Pool serviert. Dabei hat man eine traumhafte Sicht über den See. Das Frühstück im Restaurant war auch sehr gut und die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich.
