Pros:

Zeer modern complex, met beperkt aantal kamers. Prima restaurant voor het diner. Heerlijk zwembad. Supervriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De algemene organisatie is wat chaotisch. Typisch Albanees, net niet af. Het begint al met het feit dat er geen lift is. En bij het ontbijt, dat aan tafel geserveerd wordt, is de keuze beperkt en iedere dag hetzelfde. De moeilijke communicatie maakt het er niet beter op. Bovendien ligt het resort boven op een steile helling (een uitdaging voor auto en chauffer) waardoor het niet makkelijk even naar het dorp te wandelen.

Albania Duomo Restaurant
Pros:

Beautiful location the view is spectacular. Rooms very well presented staff professional very friendly. Pool is another feature but best of all the restaurant food is first class . We were only here for a short time but will be back.

Cons:

Only thing I can think of is road/driveway going to resort is quite steep so walk to main strip is quite hard especially for elderly or people with bad joints.

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very accommodating.

Cons:

The location made it quite difficult to drive to. Winding roads and then a very steep uphill drive. Not for the faint hearted.

בערב מתחם הבריכב הופך למסעדה - אוכל ודגים טעימים מאוד .
בריכה מהממת - לא קרה ונעימה לגוף
סוויטה מרווחת ונפלאה
חנייה מקורה לרכב בחינם.

חייבים רכב כדי להגיע או כדי לרדת לאגם , חשוב שאנשים יידעו שבלי רכב קשה להתנייד .
יש מקום לשיפור ארוחת הבוקר

- Mooi zwembad met goede temperatuur
- Adembenemend zicht
- Verzorgd en gevarieerd ontbijt
- Ruime en prachtige kamer met grote ramen gericht naar het meer
- Lekker avondeten met mooie zonsondergang
- Altijd behulpzame, vriendelijke, lieve bediening
- Aparte handdoeken voor aan het zwembad
- Voldoende ruime parking

De steile weg naar boven moet je er even bijnemen.

Très bel hôtel, superbe vue et piscine impeccable.
Pros:

Vue époustouflante des chambres avec vue. Très propre, superbe piscine. Très fonctionnel. Il faut être motorisé mais l'endroit en vaut vraiment la peine.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un hôtel magnifique.
Pros:

Hotel d'une qualité exceptionnelle tant par sa situation, son hébergement, sa restauration et la qualité du service. La vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle. Petit déjeuner excellent avec un service très classe.

Pros:

Large modern rooms. Waiting staff in restaurant were lovely. Nice and relaxed at poolside with nice view.

Cons:

Greetings received at reception wasn't the friendliest. Sun parasols we're not put up, so I ended up dragging a concrete based one over to my lounger. Nobody around to help. Pool was 1.9m deep everywhere which meant I couldn't use pool as I can't swim. Had to use the paddling pool :)
We ordered 2 Margarita cocktails but ended up not drinking them as they tasted watered down.
