Un paisaje hermoso, lugar cómodo y mágico para descansar y compartir paz y serenidad
Pros:

Nos quedamos en una tienda Glamping y lindísimo. Acogedor, seguro, limpio y aunque hizo mucho viento todo se mantuvo firme y estable.

Cons:

En el desayuno el gallo pinto carece de sabor aunque lo demás estuvo rico.

Bon rapport qualité prix. A recommander lors d'une visite au volcan Poas.
Pros:

Le jardin certainement très appréciable lorsqu'il fait beau la proximité avec le volcan Poas. Le petit déjeuner très bon.

Cons:

Le froid. Pas de système de chauffage même lorsqu'il faisait 9° dans l'appart. Prévoir donc des vêtements chauds car il pleut souvent dans cette région.
Une bouilloire ou un micro ondes dans l'appart aurait été apprécié pour se préparer une boisson chaude.
Vérifier l'itinéraire depuis San Jose car pour le plus court ça grimpe sec 4x4 fortement conseillé surtout en temps de pluie.

Great property. Come prepared for verky cold nights and that the sun sets at 4:00.
Pros:

This property was excellent in many ways. The location was perfect given we wanted to hike in the Volcano park that was nearby and as as at the La Paz Waterfalls recreational area. There we also several quaint villages nearby that offered a limited but nice level of restaurants but limited shopping. The owner and staff wre excellent and the most interesing aspect of the hotel was that each "room" was actually a separate building and each building was totally different from the other "rooms." The breakfasts meals were very nice and afforded great view of the mountains and valleys. The owner actually stayed up very late, due to a delay in our flight into San Jose, but welcomed us with open arms as he showed us to our "room."

Cons:

The only down side was that it was actually much colder in the mountains than we were prepared for and the only heat in the room was a small space heater that basically only worked for us if we were sitting right in front of it. I think the hotel needs to point this out to future guests when they register so they can come better prepared for the colder nights. There was not central AC or heating but my observation is that AC is never needed in that part of the country.

Super Lage um de Volcan Poas anzuschauen (10min mit dem Auto), sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Zentraltal, sehr netter Inhaber, mit viel Liebe gestalteter Garten

Needs a fair amount of work to be worth the cost

Cons:

Hot water is either hot or ice cold so you cannot fill a bath tub or take a shower with the same level of hot. If you turn it down even slightly it goes ice cold. Owner promises things like a fire every night at 6pm, then just doesn't light it. Bed needed to be replaced years ago. Heat source for the room has no thermostat so also either hot or none.

Excelente lugar por su Ubicación y potencial lástima lo descuidado
Pros:

El lugar es muy bonito ! Habitaciones acordes, bomitas al lugar y comodas .
El area verde es lindisima !
La vista y el ambiente

Cons:

Está descuidado en las zonas comunes
Adornos rotos y sucios .. como si nadie les volvio a poner Ciudado ( has desmejorado , antes estaban cuidados )
El desayuno básico , pequeño y sin gracia

La ubicación en una zona bella. El personal amable.
Por mejorar: la limpieza puede ser mejor. El desayuno es bueno pero el café es de muy baja calidad. En una zona así deberían poder brindar un café aceptable

Todo en general muy bien.

Cons:

Simplemente como aspectos a mejorar:
- Dificultad para que el agua salga a una temperatura cómoda, o salia excesivamente caliente o fría.
- Al encontrarse alejado de núcleo urbano y existir un límite horario para acceder al recinto del hotel, se hace complicado cenar tranquilamente. El bar que hay justo arriba del hotel los 2 días que estuvimos se enontraba cerrado.

Très bel endroit
Pros:

L’ambiance est sympa. La décoration très atypique. Le point de vue est superbe. Les igloos sont biens aménagés.

Cons:

Nous arrivions de la côte pacifique et avons perdu 20 degrés. Il faisait 15 degrés à notre arrivée et l’igloo n’était pas chauffé à notre arrivée. Nous avons mis beaucoup de temps à nous réchauffer. Heureusement il y avait de bonnes couvertures.
