Nice place but it needs so much to improve
Pros:

Location was without a doubt the high point of this Hotel, very close to Volcan Poas National Park. The place where the hotel was stablished is beautiful with a nice view.

Cons:

Cleaning of our first rooms was really poor, at leat they changed us to an other room that was much better. Breakfast its probably the worst served in all our Costa Rica's trip. Considering the price of the Hotel, you would expect at least a nice breakfast.

Gran lugar para descansar y disfrutar la vida en general
Pros:

El desayuno fue una de mis partes favoritas, no estuvimos mucho tiempo pero fue suficiente para querer regresar. El ambiente es muy hogareño, la habitación se mantuvo a una temperatura muy agradable a pesar del viento fuerte que pasa por la zona. El servicio fue muy amable, nunca incómodo o increíblemente formal, sino como en casa.

Cons:

No pensamos que fuéramos a tener glamping, no nos molestó pero si fue una sorpresa ya que imaginábamos una cabaña jeje.

Experiencia y estancia 100% recomendanda.
Pros:

Es una alojamiento perfecto para una escapada de fin de semana, así como para otras ocasiones. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado y demarcada la llegada al hotel. No hay restaurante cómo tal en el alojamiento pero te proporcionan opciones a domicilio, así como recomendaciones de lugares cerca. El alojamiento es hermoso con gran contacto con la naturaleza. Animales cerca. Y muchos detalles altamente cuidados

Cons:

La única recomendación es que el agua caliente dejo dejó de funcionar por 15 minutos pero luego regresó.

Paz y tranquilidad
Pros:

Cuando uno va con la persona indicada, todo parece maravilloso. Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras y al mezclarlas con el clima frío, se hace una combinación espectacular.

Getaway cerca de la ciudad
Pros:

Fuimos un día / noche para salir de la ciudad y desconectarnos, las instalaciones están super bien cuidadas, el personal super amigable y nos trató super bien.

Très sympa !
Pros:

L'emplacement est super pour aller visiter Poas, le jardin et les espaces communs sont super mignons. Studio atypique et agréable. Attention, je n'avais ps fait attention sur les photos, mais la salle d'eau est à l'étage (accessible soit par l'extérieur, soit par in escalier très étroit- ça vaut le coup de le savoir si vous venez avec de jeunes enfants)
Accueil très sympathique !

Cons:

Cf. Remarque sur la salle d'eau, à avoir en tête.
Le lit superpose n'a pas de barrière en hauteur (contrairement à ce qu'on voit sur la photo)

Prévoyez une petite laine et un k-way :)
