Un jardín maravilloso. La habitación super cómoda. Llegamos una tarde lluviosa y fría, y la habitación estaba calentita, limpia y muy cómoda. La ducha espectacular.

Schlimmste Unterkunft auf unserer Reise in Costa Rica

Die Kuppelzelte wirken auf den Instagram Bildern wunderbar, aber das ist nur Fassade…

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt war eine einzige Enttäuschung und gehört zu den schlechtesten Hotelerfahrungen, die wir je gemacht haben.

Als wir ankamen, war das Kuppelzelt kalt. Der Vermieter zeigte uns zwar die Heizung, aber warum wurde diese nicht bereits vor unserer Ankunft eingeschaltet? Es ist unverständlich, Gäste in ein völlig ausgekühltes Zelt einzuchecken. Das grössere der beiden Zelte war muffig und hatte einen modrigen, abgestandenen Geruch.

Das als “Highspeed-Internet” beworbene WLAN war praktisch unbrauchbar. Es reichte nicht einmal aus, um eine einfache Nachrichtenseite zu öffnen. Wer auf eine funktionierende Internetverbindung angewiesen ist, wird hier massiv enttäuscht.

Die Dusche funktionierte überhaupt nicht!!! Aus dem Duschkopf kam schlicht kein Wasser….

Der absolute Tiefpunkt war jedoch das Frühstück. Beim Check-in hatten wir ausdrücklich vereinbart, dass wir unser Frühstück aufgrund unserer frühen Abreise etwas früher erhalten würden. Als wir zur vereinbarten Zeit ankamen, verweigerte uns die Angestellte jedoch den Zutritt. Obwohl es draussen kalt war und regnete, liess sie uns vor der Tür stehen und erklärte lediglich durch die Glasscheibe, es sei “noch nicht Zeit”. Und das soll Gastfreundschaft sein? Auch wenn sie offenbar von der mit dem Check-in Personal getroffenen Vereinbarung nichts wusste, war dieses Verhalten äusserst unfreundlich, respektlos und völlig inakzeptabel.

Insgesamt war dieser Aufenthalt miserabel. Mehrere grundlegende Dinge haben nicht funktioniert, und der Umgang mit den Gästen war enttäuschend. Diese Unterkunft können wir leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen.i

Pros:

El desayuno estuvo delicioso y me hizo sentir en casa.
La cantidad estuvo justa, el café bien hecho y variado.
Las horas en q se sirve también estuvo justa y por esa razón le doy muy buena puntuación.

Cons:

Lo único que no me pareció buena idea es que en la habitación no existe puerta en el baño...
Lo que hace un poco incomodo utilizarlo, no hay privacidad y entiendo que es un diseño moderno pero a nuestro parecer como pareja recién iniciando una relación si fue un poco incómodo.

O quarto era muito bonito.

Cons:

Não havia nenhuma opção de lazer para dias chuvosos. Menciona ter mesa de pimbolim que estava quebrada, jogos de tabuleiro que não existiam e tinha uma brinquedoteca que fica fechada para uso exclusivo dos donos.
