Pros:

Hotel perfeito em tudo, excelente e exatamente como na imagem. Me senti super feliz e satisfeita e voltarei mais vezes. Uma piscina grande e limpa, um jardim super bem cuidado diariamente, funcionários super educados e solicitos

Cons:

Única coisa seria mais um alerta mesmo, porque no aplicativo na hora de reservar aparece que tem hidromassagem, e aí chegar no local é informado que não tem, então minha sugestão seria retirar isso pois pode ter pessoas que alugue por conta disso.

E se pudessem embutir o café da manhã seria algo legal, pois é cobrado um valor à parte

Bahçesi çok güzel ve keyifli, çalışanlar çok ilgili her ne istersem yardımcı oldular ve çok naziktiler.. Esra hanım bize eşlik etti her konuda.. resepsiyonda Muhammed nebil bey tüm imkanlarını bizim için sağladı.. uçağımızın kalkış saati geçti geç çıktık ve dinlenmemize yardımcı oldu 👍🏼

Pros:

Il personale è il suo valore aggiunto : ragazzi e ragazze giovani, sorridenti disponibili ed efficaci . La strada su cui si affaccia l’hotel è piuttosto brutta ma una volta varcato il cancello vi trovate in un bel giardino molto curato e una comoda piscina . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Se venite , come me , per andare a visitare lo Gem mettete in conto di dover prendere il taxi perché la distanza è maggiore di quanto sia scritto su Booking e a piedi e estremamente complicato andare .

Cons:

In realtà manca una semplice lampada abat-jour sul comodino , se volete leggere a letto dovete rialzarvi per spengere la luce solo centrale .
Attenzione però agli spostamenti in taxi ecc: sarò stata sfortunata io ma tutti sbagliavano indirizzo perché nella zona ci sono tre hotel dal nome simile…

Jeg har været med min søn i 8 dage. Vi var meget glade derovre og kommer tilbage en dag.
Pros:

Virkeligt søde, hjælpsome, venlige, troværdige personale. De medarbejdere har værdi mere en 100 millioner dollars. Vi følte some en del a familien, ikke hotel gæster. Gode mad, smart kats.

Cons:

Larm fra udenfor, fordi hotel er bygget lige ved siden motorvej. Værelser mangler kosmetisk renovering.

Pros:

La chambre que nous avons eu donnée directement sur la piscine qui est très agréable et globalement l’hôtel est au calme, ce qui n’est pas simple au Caire.

Cons:

Les draps étaient tâchées et les lits, pas très confortables.
Les repas pris à l’hôtel ont été très très long à être servi.
