Accesos fatales
Cons:

La ubicación esta pésima, los accesos pura terraceria que al llover se vuelven imposibles, hay que rodear y para salir tienes que tomar un pedazo en contra peligroso porque es a pie de carretera. El cuarto mínimo, apenas abres la puerta casi chocas con la cama, sin closet ni caja fuerte

Cons:

Los accesos no tienen pavimento, señalización inexistente, difícil llegar por la noche. La habitación muy pequeña con camas que no son dobles, muy incómodas para dos personas. Las toallas dan pena, están negras, huelen mal, están rotas.
He estado en algún otro hotel de la cadena One y este es una vergüenza.
No voy a volver , seguro.

Cons:

At night it was so difficult and confusing to get to the Hotel , from the airpor. The only way we foun was to get the street behind the hotel and go all the way around the block with a lot of potholes on the road and a lot of trailers going in and aut, wich looks as a comercial place. On our way out of the hotel parking lot, the street was close and we have to go the opposite direction a little bit too go again the same way we came during the night, all the way around the block, been an hable to get on the freeway wich it was in the front the hotel but you still have to go around the block.
Also the hotel dining room and lobby were very duty, it was at night our check in, but still there were a lot of trash on the floor and tables to be the entrance of a hotel, there were a lot of construction on a side of the hotel too.

Fair room, horrible drive
Pros:

Room is small but clean. Close to airport

Cons:

The road to reach the hotel is too hard to drive on. We tried many apps, but none of them gave us a correct route to get there. It seems that you have to reach it through those dirty alleys without concrete

Ruidoso con toallas viejas que raspan.
Pros:

La ubicación, iba de paso hacia la CDMX desde Xilitla.

Cons:

No respetaron el precio ofrecido, cobraron el 25 % más, dizque por los impuestos, en México es obligatorio mostrar los precios totales, para no llevarse sorpresas como la que me llevé. Las toallas viejas y rasposas. Mucho ruido, tanto desde dentro como desde fuera.

Cons:

They offer a shuttle and no shuttle, breakfast too late, no hot water, the engine break from the 18 wheelers is real loud by 2 am we can't get back to sleep and the restaurant next door was terrible.

Reserva confirmada, habitación negada.
Cons:

Mi reservacion la hice con tiempo y cuando llegue al hotel me negaron la habitación por que argumentan que ya no tenían habitaciones y me mandaron a otra ubicación mas lejana de donde yo tenía que descansar, tuve que manejar casi una hora mas para llegar a la otra ubicación

Descanso urgente, pero no completo.

La atención poco atenta de recepción, el personal de limpieza haciendo ruido muy temprano. El desayuno no fue de mi agrado.
