Pros:

El wifi funcionó bien desde la habitación. También cuentan con estacionamiento cerrado, lo que da mayor tranquilidad al dejar el coche. y eso fue lo unico bueno!

Cons:

Las tarjetas para acceder al elevador y abrir la habitación se desprogramaban constantemente; vi que a otros huéspedes también les ocurrió. Me hospedé en el piso 7 y todo el piso olía a humedad. El baño estaba bastante deteriorado y las paredes estaban sucias. El agua de la regadera salía en distintas direcciones, como si el cabezal necesitara una buena limpieza.
Las camas me resultaron muy duras e incómodas. Además, entraba luz por la ventana y por debajo de la puerta, y se escuchaba a los huéspedes de las habitaciones vecinas, lo que dificultaba descansar. La calle de acceso al hotel también está llena de baches.

Creo que no están preparados para recibir y atender cuando el hotel está lleno. El buffet mal organizado, la apariencia de.los alimentos nada buena, comida fría.

Pésima atención.
Pros:

El hotel no reconocía el pago de mi rsv, después de insistirles por llamada dos días seguidos me dejaron en espera 20 min y dejaron de contestar mis llamadas. Llegando al hotel no querían reconocer la rsv nuevamente y decían que no tenían nada registrado en el sistema, su personal es grosero y la atención de muy mala calidad. Los correos jamás les llegaron y me tuvieron esperando muchisimo tiempo, que casi tuve que hacer otra reservación porque no me dejaban entrar.

La mala atención, servicios de contacto deficiente y el personal es grosero.

Dangerous location, unclean linen and towels, slow staff - a reasonable breafast, but best avoided
Pros:

Absolutely nothing! It's not even in a convenient location considering it sells itself as an airport hotel, but three taxi drivers refused to take us there as the area is so unsafe - it's at a truck stop with an unmade road for access. Breakfast was OK thought - trying to be positive.

Cons:

Terrible location in a very unsafe area. The staff are pleasant, but VERY slow and inefficient (took almost 30 minutes to check in). The rooms are small, outdated and poorly cleaned with multiple stains on both the bed linen and towels which I didn't want to investigate too closely! Bathroom also smelt foul and was covered in mould.
