Bella posizione, peccato il mare non sia accessibile direttamente dalla struttura avendolo di fronte

Room service un po lento con troppe opzioni ed è difficile ricevere una risposta definitiva dal primo numero, ho dovuto chiedere a 3 numeri diversi per una bottiglia di vino

Pros:

Das Hotel Ululani hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Hotel selbst ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch sind die Zimmer sehr schön und die großen Betten sorgen für einen angenehmen Schlaf. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Badezimmer sind typisch für Bali und absolut angemessen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Negativ aufgefallen ist, dass das Hotel inzwischen einige deutliche Gebrauchsspuren aufweist und an manchen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Außerdem liegt es etwas abgelegen, sodass man für die meisten Ausflüge oder Restaurantbesuche auf ein Taxi oder einen Roller angewiesen ist. Insgesamt hatten wir dennoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Неплохо. Но обновить ремонт и улучить качество уборки помещений.

Персонал отзывчивый и вежливый. Неплохая еда и цена на еду тоже хорошая.

Cons:

Старый ремонт. Видно что все давно не ремонтировалось все потерто, хотелось бы ремонт гораздо свежее. Касается и номеров и лобби и других мест внутри отеля. Плохое расположение недорогих номеров. Доплата только за вид из номера. Качество номеров относительно не очень. Есть неприятный запах иногда. Особенно в ванной.

the pool was very nice and the lobby styling is modern. food was great at the restaurant in the lobby. 24 hour room service is good. minimart in the hotel lobby is very convenient. also motorbike rental in the lobby is decently priced and convenient to have close by if you want to explore beaches. we went to el kabron one night and the location is beautiful but be aware it is very expensive.

Cons:

the first room we got put into was not great (room 5726), paint peeling everywhere, mold in lots of places, balcony balustrades were not securely attached, bathroom door did not close (like at all), floor was very dirty, blinds into the bathroom were stained, shower had mold and was stained yellow, sinks had mold in the silicone underneath, lights above bed didn’t work, room smelled musty and power went out twice, no power point next to the bed (room was listed with that), sink taps had been painted over but were still rusting through, we weren’t given hand soap or hand towels but after we expressed our concern they moved us to the same style room (room 5756) but it was much nicer with updated shower heads and tiles with no issues and had a fresh coat of paint with all the amenities in good condition. gym is a bit dilapidated. no safe in room.

Some staff was friendly

Cons:

Bathtub was broken, shower was broken could only go cold. Bed was not clean at all. Room service was terrible, ordered fries and got 10 fries

Not a repeat customer for the Ululani.
Pros:

Location, customer service and food.

Cons:

Too old tapware, swollen and binding doors, outdated amenities. We had booked a couple of rooms and for one of the them the main door latch got stuck and for the other one the battery ran out leaving us without access. Staff was very prompt and allocated another room.
