L’hôtel Demoli fut une très agréable surprise à l’image de Pogradec, une ville pleine de charme.
Pros:

L’accueil fut très sympathique.
La plage et ses matelas ont été les bienvenus.
L’emplacement : à proximité du centre tout en restant à l’écart.

On the shore of Lake Ohrid
Pros:

The hotel is situated at the western beginning of the town of Pogradec. It is a short walk away from a very nice coastal promenade worth visiting in summer evenings. In front of the hotel there is also a beach for a nice cool down after a long drive. The room had a nice balcony with a view of the lake.

Cons:

The hotel is next to a road that can be busy even late in the evening.

Pros:

Super nettes Personal in allen Belangen! Schönes Zimmer mit allem man braucht. Einwandfrei gepflegter Privatstrand mit im Preis inbegriffenen Sonnenliegen. Andere Strände haben uns nicht so gut gefallen. Ein Parkplatz ist auch kostenfrei. Frühstück ist gut mit sehr leckerem Kaffee und Kakao.

Cons:

Das Zimmer zur Straße ist echt laut und Schallschutzmaßnahmen bzgl. Fenster oder dickere Vorhänge wären zu begrüßen.
Die Pommes sind typisch albanisch😉

Three days stay at Hotel Demoli
Pros:

If you are going to stay in Pogradec, Hotel Demoli is the place!
A quite new, family driven hotel in the end of the long beach of Pogradec. It has a very clean, modern and fresh private beach, separate from all the other beaches along the shore which makes it a very relaxing and nice place to be. The water is also very clear.
Most important is maybe the hospitality of the family that runs the place, which is outstanding!👌
I can definitely recommend Hotel Demoli. 🤩

Cons:

Nothing i didn't like about that place really apart from missing reading lamps at the bed. 😍

Greit hotell med flott strand
Pros:

Fantastisk eier av hotellet . Veldig rent og pent på stranden, og gode solsenger som var gratis når du bor på hotellet. Servicen veier opp for mange av de negative tingene. Jeg håper virkelig at eieren får det til med hotellet i ett rimeligt korrupt land.

Cons:

Litt kjedelig frokost , var en meny med noen forskjeller eggeretter og toast . Sengene var litt korte. Vi hadde suite med 2 rom som skulle være 60 m2 , men tror nok ikke den er større enn maks 40m2, badet var utrolig lite og det tok veldig lang tid til det kom varmt vann til dusjen. Vi måtte la vannet i dusjen og vasken stå på i 4-5 minutter på fullt trykk før det kom varmt vann. I tillegg var dusjen utrolig liten og uten dør eller dusjforheng .Det var ikke sitteplass inne som det sto , men bare en entre mellom rommene . Aircondition virket ikke så det var litt varmt og i tillegg ble det mye bråk på natten siden vi måtte ha dørene åpne på natten og utenfor var hovedveien inn til Tirana

Amazing place with wonderful owners and staff. Perfect location, cozy rooms with lake views we enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast was great, especially coffee. Hotel is on the beach, it is well looked after. This hotel is really worth to return.

Perhaps our best ever hotel experience
Pros:

If you are visiting Pogradec, look no further for your accommodation. This was simply one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Hotel is fantastic, great lakeside beach. However it is the people that made our stay extra special. This is a family run hotel and they are all amazing. Andreas and all his family and friends are just so lovely. Stay here for sure. Room was superb with a lakeside view and some wonderful restaurants only a short walk. However, the food available in the hotel is all home made with top quality ingredients. There is a Greek influence and it’s worth trying. Thank you to everyone connected with this hotel, I will remember our stay for a long time

Pros:

Die 2 Tage im Hotel waren von Anfang bis Ende optimal. Die schöne Lage am See, das nette Personal, das tolle Frühstück, die Liegen am Strand und schließlich das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis waren außerordentlich. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmsten empfehlen.

everything went fantastically.
Pros:

I was impressed with all aspects of my stay and the effort and progress made by the entire community to make Pogradec a recognizable tourist destination is evident. The staff does everything they can to meet the guests' expectations.

Cons:

slightly increased noise heard in rooms with a mountain view, but this did not affect our good sleep.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Ohridsee, ohne dass dazwischen noch ein Weg liegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Stadtzentrum von Pogradec ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Wonderful family-run hotel with private beach walking distance from Pogradec.
Pros:

Everything! This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in quite some time. The service is exceptional. It’s a family run business and Andreas and his mom are wonderful people and very customer service oriented. I would definitely return.

Pros:

Hotel Demoli is a wonderful family-run hotel in beautiful Lake Ohrid. The waterfront area is the true highlight, with a beautifully arranged lounge space and a carefully maintained setting where you can relax and enjoy the views.

The daily à la carte breakfast is fantastic, and they serve what might be the best iced coffee in Albania. They also offer pizzas and beer for those who prefer to dine in, and if you’re lucky like we were, you may even get to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal prepared by the family matriarch.

What truly makes Hotel Demoli special, though, is the people. She, her son Andreas, and front desk young lady Deat go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, always checking in and making sure we were enjoying our holiday. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made our stay at Lake Ohrid truly memorable. Thank you!
