What a find! Fantastic stay with beautiful views of the lake.
Pros:

Wonderful place to stay next to the lake with a beach just a short few steps away. Beautifully decorated with lovely terraced area to enjoy in the evening. Unfortunately the restaurant isn't open every night so we didn't get to try that but plenty of places nearby (the Italian border is literally a few minutes down the road if you want to pop there for a Pizza lol.

Wunderschön, ruhig, gediegen und erholsam.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer (Camelia) war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war geräumig und bestand aus einem Wohn- und einem Schlafzimmer. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer und vom Balkon ist grandios.
Die Einrichtung ist im ganzen Haus, d. h. auch in den Aufenthaltsräumen, sehr geschmackvoll. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit verschiedenen Sitzecken eingerichtet und bietet drei verschiedene „Zonen” (fest überdacht, offen oder unter dem Sonnenstore bzw. -schirmen oder unter einer bewachsenen Pergola). Wir haben die Terrasse und die grandiose Aussicht auf den See und die Küste beim Frühstück und beim Apéro sehr genossen.
Das Frühstück können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen: Es war alles vorhanden und vor allem alles frisch (saisonale Früchte, Backwaren, Eierspeisen, Käse und Wurstwaren).
Obwohl die Villa Sophia direkt an der Hauptstrasse des südlichen Seeufers des Lago Maggiore liegt, haben wir die damit verbundene Lärmbelastung kaum wahrgenommen.

Cons:

Ein großzügiges Badezimmer fehlt. WC und Dusche befinden sich in einem sehr kleinen, separaten Raum (4 m², wenn überhaupt). Das Waschbecken und der Waschbeckenschrank befinden sich im Schlafzimmer.

Es war eine sehr gute Entscheidung dieses Hotel zu wählen, das einzige war dass es leider kein Klima hatte und wir wort wörtlich von der Wärme nicht mehr konnten..

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in stilvollem Ambiente mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft und traumhaftem Seeblick.
Pros:

Stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Es war fast so, als wären wir bei guten Freunden zu Gast. Der traumhafte Ausblick auf den See von unserem Zimmer aus war ein besonderes Highlight und machte den Aufenthalt unvergesslich.

Auch das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen und war ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 😊
