The room was laid out nice, it was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Check in with parking was confusing and the traffic flow was awkward. Staff did not tell us how to access the elevators but another guest was kind enough to bring us into the process

Didnt get the room we booked months ago
Pros:

Comfortable beds

Cons:

Apparently booking through booking does NOT mean you also get the room you booked here. We booked a king room months ago, but were told they weren't available anymore when we got there. Instead we could choose to upgrade to a king suite for extra $ or go for a double twin bed.

It’s in a perfect location and had everything that we needed especially the Keurig in the room
Pros:

The pool, the hot tub the fact that there was a microwave that you could use. It would’ve been nice to have 24 seven coffee in the lobby, but the coffee pot we had in the room was exquisite. Everything was clean and I loved the shampoo, conditioner and lotions to take a shower and hydrate with the gym is in a funny spot but once I found it. I had a great time there and the lady who checked us in. She was absolutely fabulous.
