Ubytování bylo skvělé - personál byl velice ochotný, dal nám bezplatný upgrate pokoje na apartmá, což bylo úžasné. Pakovali jsme před hotelem. Snídaně byla bohatá a čerstvá. Hotel je ideálně umístěn mezi letištěm a centrem města. Tento hotel doporučuji pro jeho služby a skvělý poměr ceny a kvality. Děkujeme všem zaměstnancům za péči o nás.

Overall very nice
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. The room is very spacious and looks fancy. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was also tasty (small selection but enough). There is parking near the building, thats a plus. Shops and cafes are near also.

Cons:

The shower. Very small glass in the shower, the water was going everywhere (a puddle when you leave the shower was uncomfortable). And there were only 2 towels for 2 people.

It was my second time at this hotel, it was as goor as first time.
Defenitelly a place to enjoy your stay. Staff is always ready to help you.

This is a relatively new hotel and is super nice. Dining upgraded us to a bigger room, breakfast was well done and there's parking on site. Highly recommend it !

Pros:

It was a great stay, very well looked after.
The breakfast was plenty full and fresh, the staff gave us a free upgrade to a suite for no extra money, which was very kind.
Nice views around, lovely lake nearby walking distance.

Definitely worthwhile.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel, very beautiful and very spotless clean. We checked in very smoothly, the guy at the reception helped us with our bags and gave us information about local attractions. The air con in the room was perfect.

We enjoyed a lovely breakfast, very fresh and plenty of it. We will return back for our last day of our holiday herë as the airport is very close to hotel Ambasada.
Thanks to a very professional staff for your lovely service.

Amazing hotel and service.
Pros:

Hotel Ambasada is a beautiful hotel, both inside and out. The location is exellent, close to city centre, the main attractions and the airport, making it perfect for exploring Tirana and other cities.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, a special thanks to manager Dini, whose wisdom, kindness and perfect english made our stay truly melorable. Top 5 hotels in Albania.
