Redelijk hotel voor redelijke prijs, maar laat te wensen over.
Pros:

Ligging tov RAI en een redelijke prijs voor een kamer met ontbijt waren voor mij de belangrijkste redenen om dit hotel te boeken.

Cons:

Niks te doen in de buurt. Kamer netjes maar nogal “industrieel” (lees: veel onafgewerkt beton met vlekken). Nauwelijks parkeergelegenheid in de straat, hotel garage is 35€ per nacht. Ontbijt pas vanaf 08:00 uur (terwijl ik om 07:15 al weg moest). Op aanraden van medewerker email gestuurd voor compensatie maar reactie was dat de tijden duidelijk aangegeven staan oo de website. Prima, maar zeg dan niet dat ik een mail moet sturen? Receptie onbemand toen ik wilde uitchecken (zou 24h bemand zijn), heb uiteindelijk mijn room key maar op de balie achtergelaten.

Pros:

It was ok; breakfast was very good; location too far from the city centre, even if the metro works well but long walk.

Cons:

Staff was just partly very nice. The lady who did the check in and served breakfast the second day was unfriendly and very reserved. For my special diet I needed oak milk, she just shared a bit and referred me to the supermarket.
I would have been happy to pay for it.. strangely unfriendly.
Also, I never saw a house offering rooms without TV.

Es war sehr sehr staubig in den Zimmern. Keine Ahnung warum aber man konnte den Staub überall sehen

Pros:

Good price for Amsterdam.
15 min walk to metro, connected to night bus.
Decent room, has all the basics.
Cheap parking on the street not far from the hotel (free on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).
Staff will provide extra coffee pods upon request.
Nice bar / snack bar downstairs.

Cons:

The area is safe but creepy at night.
Mattress isn't the best and pillows too hard.
Bedsheets were clean, but chipped in some places.
Common kitchens could be cleaner.

Hyvä sijainti, helppo kulkea julkisilla. Mukava huone.

Cons:

Hieman likaista kyllä, lattialla oli jo valmiiksi kengän jäljet sekä tahroja siellä täällä. Sadesuihku ei toiminut, kun puolittain koska oli tukkeessa.

Fantastic location. Perfectly functional room.
Pros:

Perfect location to access the stadium for a concert. Easy to get to and from Amsterdam Central station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and it was quiet at night. There was a shared kitchen but we didn’t make use of this.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were very soft but this is a personal preference rather than a complaint! (We just prefer a harder mattress!)
