The location was ok.
As soon as we walked in there was a bad odor and when we got to our room it was not properly cleaned. When we pulled back the covers on the bed there were food crumbs and stains on the sheets. I'm not saying that is a bad place but you have to take a little pride at keeping your facilities clean and admirable to continue to attract guests.

The side door entrance had a ramp. That was a little steep. And the in-house products for sale were a little pricey.
Was well located as I was in town for bananaball game
Initially room I was allocated was unsatisfactory 601 too noisy. Phone did not connect down to front desk I had to use my own phone to call a. Number of time during my stay I did advise them of this. I had a missing bag delivered by an airline na requested to be called as soon as it did. I only found out after tracking the AirTag that was in it. The outdoor furniture could be in better condition it appeared weathered and nor inviting to sit on

Room never serviced. Do not disturb sticker was left on outside room from previous occupant. We were not aware of it ( did not know about this magnet system and did not notice it.) The TV often did not work. Called down for repair and no one came. We had to fix it our selves. Flow in breakfast area was bizarre and inefficient. Food was okay.
