Pros:

Posizione perfetta a tutte le spiagge e a 20 minuti in macchina da Skiathos city. Parcheggio comodo nel parchetto della villa o nello sterrato davanti all' appartamento.
Pulizia impeccabile con cambio asciugamani un giorno si e un giorno no.
Massima rapidità nelle richieste per le necessità.
Spazi adeguati per un soggiorno medio lungo ( 11 notti), bagno dotato di finestra, doccia con vetro temperato e set di cortesia di bagnoschiuma e shampoo, letto spazioso e comodo, bell'armadio con due ante e cassaforte.

Ottimo e consigliato!
Pros:

Pulizia, posizione e tranquillità, siamo stati due volte e in due stanze diverse.
Si dorme benissimo, c'è silenzio e tranquillità, è davvero un posto rilassante e i materassi sono comodi.
Il personale cambia lenzuola e asciugamani ogni due giorni e pulisce la stanza, davvero super e gentilissimi.
La posizione è perfetta sia per le spiagge che per andare in centro in 15 minuti.
Parcheggio sempre disponibile e una fagiana che gira per il giardino :)

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare dei difetti attrezzerei un pochino meglio la cucina, anche solo con sapone per i piatti e spugna che mancavano.

Frumos si linistit, aproape de plaja

Foarte linistit si plăcut, putin pustie zona dar e aproape de câteva restaurante si un supermarket. Destul de aproape de plaja si de stația de autobuz care te lasa direct in oraș.

Cons:

Noaptea era destul de frig si aveam un singur cearceaf cu care sa ne invelim. Pătura din șifonier nu mirosea foarte bine. De asemenea doamna de la curățenie a venit abia in ultima zi cand deja trebuia schimbat gunoiul si luate prosoapele folosite. Doamna lăsase prosoape noi afara dar fara sa intre sa le ia pe cele murdare.

Good location, but there is room for improvement

The location is excellent, with easy access to Koukounaries, Agia Eleni and other nearby beaches. The cleaning staff were very kind and friendly. We had an issue with the air conditioner leaking water, but after contacting the host, someone arrived within 30 minutes in the evening and fixed it, which was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner, as the cleaning felt rather superficial. The refrigerator had an unpleasant smell, making it difficult to store food. The pillows were very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Noise from neighboring rooms could also be heard. During the summer season, changing towels every two days is not sufficient, especially for guests who spend every day at the beach and need to shower frequently.
