Great location and host that treats guests like family
Pros:

Great location, very responsive and reliable host! We forgot something at the property and they were able to help us coordinate getting it back! The AC worked very well and the room was very clean. Nice that basic toiletries were provided. Electronic check in was easy and quick

Cons:

Bathroom is detached and across the hall in one room. It was ok because it was still private and only we had the key but keep in mind not every bathroom is ensuite.

Zentrales sauberes Apartment mit Parkplatz

Das Studio war groß und sehr sauber! Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief bis auf der kleine Vorfall mit dem Parkplatz sehr gut.
Besonderer Dank geht an die Cleaning Lady, die uns mit einem Telefonat mit der Administration des Hauses doch noch einen Parkplatz zu erschwinglichen Preisen besorgen konnte.

Ein Parkplatz zu reservieren ist definitiv ein Muss.

Cons:

Leider gab es eine Doppelbuchung der Parkplätze und wir wurden darüber 5 Tage vorher informiert mit möglichen Alternativen in der Nähe. Was uns leider verschwiegen wurde, waren die extremen Preis Unterschiede (30€ vs 100€ für 3 Nächte). Wenn wir das den Parkplatzpreisen gewusst hätten, hätten wir vermutlich storniert und uns in ein anderes Hotel eingebucht.

Perfect!
Pros:

It was the perfect place to stay! Located on a busy street that runs directly into the square with lots of cafes, restaurants and attractions within a comfortable walking distance. The room was spotless and very comfortable to stay in. The bed was so so so comfortable! The only thing that I can think of was that there was no bottles of water to drink available when we arrived but that really is not a problem. The room is a coded entry, so no key needed and the staff were very good at sending the process of how to get into the building and room. They also responded very quickly to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Tirana, it was perfect. Thank you!

Amazing apartment
Pros:

The apartment was stunning. New and fresh with a nice little balcony.
The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet so I slept really well.
The location is good, just a short walk to the city center and a bus stop right outside.
The apartment has everything you need, just as at a hotel.

Pros:

Alles was op loopafstand, veel restaurants en supermarkten. Wel 15 minuutjes lopen naar het centrum! Appartement was schoon en lieve mevrouw die ons hielp! En goede parkeergelegenheid!

Tout ! L'appartement est très confortable, bien équipé. Le parking souterrain (en supplément) est bien sécurisé ! Si un jour je reviens à Tirana, je reviendrai ici sans hésiter.
