We loved our stay and will definitely comeback next time we visited Istanbul.
Pros:

Near to everything and nice surroundings with relaxing community as there is not much of tourist

Cons:

Nothing, although there is no lift so not advisable for PWD person with disabilities but the staff always willing to assist with all the luggage

Great location
Pros:

Location is great. I initially feared its going to be noisy because your in party central given all the eating spots and shops but the windows kept it quiet and I had a room facing away from the street. Can easily walk to all the interesting spots in Kadikoy. One guy at reception was very kind and allowed me to leave my bags and check in slightly earlier

Pros:

Замечательный персонал отеля. Хороший завтрак на террасе. Удобная кровать. Локация: рядом всё.
Обязательно при выборе этого отеля, обратите внимание, что он находится на шумной улице с барами + мечеть. Для нас это не было проблемой. Отель без лифта, придётся нести свои сумки по ступенькам, но отзывчивый персонал всегда готов помочь. Да, отель уже не новый, но цена = качество соответствует.
