El servicio recibido ha sido excepcional. Sin duda, gran parte de la experiencia se debe al equipo, que hace que la estancia sea de 10. Viola, Cayo y todos los demás han estado siempre atentos y pendientes de cualquier detalle para que no nos faltara de nada.
El desayuno es buenísimo y la ambientación del hotel es sencillamente genial. Una experiencia fantástica que, sin duda, repetiríamos.

Excellent séjour, personnel disponible, accueillant, souriant et à l'écoute. A tester absolument.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et bien agencée.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, le coeur de la vieille ville est à peine à 15 minutes à pied. Il faut compter 20 à 25 minutes pour rejoindre la station de bus qui dessert la plupart des belles plages.

Cons:

Peu de transats sont disponibles, une fois installés les gens bougent peu. Il faut dire qu'il est très agréable de passer du temps confortablement installés autour de la piscine.

Absolute Oase, 10/10 💯
Pros:

Extrem sauber, man hat gemerkt das alles absolut neu ist. Sehr hochwertige Anlage, selbst die elektrischen Geräte nur top Qualität. Pool Anlage sehr sauber. Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet, eigentlich alles da was man braucht.
Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück war überragend. Man kann jeden Tag a la carte bestellen! Buffet gab es zudem auch noch.

Cons:

Einziger Minuspunkt gibt es für fehlende Spiegel im Zimmer, uns wurde aber erklärt dass diese bereits bestellt sind. Ein bisschen mehr Licht im Bad wäre auch top. Sind aber wirklich Kleinigkeiten.

Sonst absolut nichts!

I would come back to Menorca just so I can stay in this hotel.
Pros:

We loved absolutely everything from the cute interior and exterior design to the most welcoming and excellent service. We had suite and got surprise with a little terrace that was just so beautiful. Lady at the reception was such a gem very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic so many choices and very tasty. I would come back to Menorca just so I can stay in this hotel.

Cons:

Pillows are rock hard. Impossible to sleep on them.

Highly recommended!!
Pros:

Riviera is an oasis in Menorca! Location is great since it is far enough from the center to not feel noise but close to walk 10 minutes and be in the middle of it! The hotel is very comfortable, nicely designed, great environment and staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast is excellent with lots of options, fresh products.

Pros:

We had a truly wonderful experience at Riviera Hotel Menorca. The hotel is practically brand new with a stunning, modern design throughout and beautifully done interiors. Breakfast was delicious every morning with great variety and quality.
The staff were fantastic, with special mention to Cayo, who was incredibly helpful and made a great impression with his friendly attitude. The location is superb, close to the historic center and parking was easy and hassle-free. Overall, great experience and we’d highly recommend it!
