Nice!
Pros:

I loved the cleanliness and the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet had bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, fruit, juice, milk, oatmeal, grits, biscuits, gravy, and yogurt.

Cons:

You need to have more than one person preparing the waffles and omelets. The wait time to order and to get the cooked waffles and omelets was ridiculous (15-20 minute wait time). The person preparing them needs to work on customer service skills.

Pros:

Nice clean room.
Lovely good sized pool
Good breakfast
Only five mins walk to the Argenta district which had a good selection of restaurants. Our favourite was the Italian - called Cepea I think

Cons:

Card keys to our room kept failing. Had to go to reception three or four times to get them changed

Pros:

The location was great right on the river front and a short walk over the bridge to downtown. Hotel lobby area was nice and beds /ac comfortable

Cons:

There was a problem with the toilet which kept blocking even without solids or paper. Maintainece had to come and unblock it but it didn't work. Had to leave the room to use general restroom during the night. Seems to be a common theme reading other reviews. Housekeeping also did not reset the alarm clock which went off at 6am and woke us up too early.

Room was adequate. Liked the squishy pillows. They weren't very firm which I like.

Cons:

Bed was a full not a queen. Didn't catch that when the reservation was made. Price of the room was more costly compared to other hotels that are 3 star. There was an Arkansas Travelers game going on so that could explain why. Breakfast was so so. I did not order an omelet or waffle which was available to order so that could have changed my opinion. The fruit was very good though. Bed seemed to dip in the middle some.
