Очень хорошая локация при приемлемой цене. На крыше - летняя терраса и диванами. Номер большой и удобный.

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN QUIET AREA,CONVENIENTLY, 10 MINUTES FROM THE CITY CENTER. MODERN DESIGN, COMFORTABLE MATTRESS AND PILLOWS. BREAKFAST WASN'T GREAT,AND THE MENU HASN'T CHANGED.

Pros:

Kahvaltı güzel ve yeterliydi. Temizlik çok güzeldi her gün temizlik yapıldı. Otelin iki kapısı var Theory restoran kapısından da giriş yapılabiliyor. Konumu harikaydı. Restoran ve ön büro personeli çok ilgiliydi.

Cons:

Daha iyi manzarası olan bir oda verilebilirdi.

Skip this hotel, it’s not a 5 star experience

There’s nothing to like about in this hotel

Cons:

This hotel is situated next to very busy street and it is impossible to sleep because on the road noise. The personnel is very impolite. When I asked their help to find a location on the map the reception clerk just laughed at my face and said that “I am not a Google Maps”. They were also unable and reluctant to change my room, they gave the another room to a new client. The bathroom smelled like mold. The breakfast was poor. Restaurant service was nice

Хорошее месторасположение. Приличный завтрак. Чистые довольно просторные номера.

Cons:

Отель рекламирует себя, как отель 5 звезд. Это вызывает полное недоумение. В отеле нет ничего из того, чем должен располагать отель 5 звезд. Нет лобби, отель маленький и тесный. В номере категории делюкс отсутствуют халаты, имеются самые дешевые и тонкие тапочки с такими же тонкими, давно пожившими полотенцами. Есть маленький чайник, и вместо чашек два бумажных стаканчика, ложки и салфетки отсутствовали, все пришлось покупать. Сейф в шкафу прикручен к полу и чтоб им воспользоваться надо встать на колени на пол и низко нагнувшись в полумраке пытаться разглядеть на нем цифры. В номере не работала настольная лампа, на информацию об этом персонал никак не отреагировал. Но если номера в этом отеле будут продаваться по цене конкурентов у которых три звезды, то впечатление от отеля будет лучше)

Per essere segnalato un hotel da 5 stelle ... deve dare molto di più.

Posizione centrale

Cons:

Non corrisponde alle foto e da come è descritto da Booking; entrata Hotel scomoda dall'interno parte vecchia centro difficile da individuare anche dal taxi, colazione misera e scarsa, molto non è Hotel da 5 stelle, quindi costoso da come è proposto.

Pros:

The size of the room was really nice. I think 24sqm which makes it comfortable

If you are booking this hotel, make sure that you explicitly ask for the room facing inside of the hotel, away form the road passing buy! More about that later...
Not good breakfast (if you do not eat eggs you are in trouble). 3* max.
Cleanliness of the room also could be better 3*
We asked for iron - they firstly tried to charge us, and then suddenly we got it for free?!
Tv didn't work. They fixed it day after the big game. So I wasn't happy :(
Bedside lights are funny story.
In our 1st room, both didn't work. Then they moved us to the second room, we had one working, but one not working. Then they brought another lamp. That one worked one night and then it didn't work anymore, so I gave up.
As mentioned we had to change the room because hotel is next to a very busy road, so first night we couldn't sleep at all because its very noisy.
At the end, we asked for the bill for the company and they did not issue one, told us to call Booking.com. That never ever happened to us.
So, overall it doesn't deserve more than 3*, but I guess in this world and crisis in hospitality business, they somehow managed to get that 4th star.
