Pros:

Very nice, clean room. Easy communication with the reception and online check in available. Great location in Old town.

Cons:

The entrance door is very heavy. I personally would like if there would be more than one small pillow and a kettle available

Mal mantenimiento, frío y gestión totalmente remota (3 noches)

Me alojé solo en este hotel del 20 al 22 de abril y la experiencia fue muy insatisfactoria. Durante toda mi estancia no vi a nadie del personal; la gestión es totalmente remota, lo que dificulta mucho solucionar problemas en el momento.
​Los fallos en la habitación hicieron que el descanso fuera casi imposible:
​Frío intenso: El radiador no funcionaba, algo inaceptable cuando en Brașov las temperaturas de madrugada bajaron a 2°C. Pasé frío las tres noches sin nadie a quien acudir físicamente.
​Problemas de luz y ruido: Una claraboya en el techo que no se podía cerrar dejaba entrar luz exterior hasta muy tarde, y el frigorífico emitía un zumbido constante y muy molesto.
​Para rematar, el último día se pusieron en contacto conmigo a través del chat de Booking para reclamarme 36 RON en tasas, que tuve que pagar mediante transferencia bancaria a una cuenta que me facilitaron.
​En resumen: falta de mantenimiento, falta de servicio presencial y condiciones de descanso muy deficientes. No lo recomiendo, especialmente en meses de frío!!
