Villa Bonaca

Didn't get the room i paid. not easy to communicate with host. Room was not very good with poor fixes from frior water ingress.

Er waren wel wat mankementen in de badkamer. De regendouche ging niet en de kraan stond los. Bij het vertrek kruisten we de eigenaar, maar die had geen blik meer over voor ons. Confronterend.

Wc war defekt außerdem Zimmer hatte kein Vorhang .

Hrůza, nejezděte sem ani na noc. Pokoj 10m² pro 4 lidi. Postel, která má být manželská, vypadá více jako postel pro jednoho. Nedalo se spát, protože nefungovala ani klimatizace. Pokoj je ve sklepě a má 2 malá okénka, takže když jsou tam 4 lidi, nedá se tam ani dýchat. Navíc jsou tam všude komáři, přitom by stačila síťka do okna.

Ho soggiornato per due notti a Villa Bonaca questa estate. Mario è un host molto gentile e disponibile, qualità che ho davvero apprezzato. Tuttavia, alcuni aspetti della camera non hanno rispecchiato le mie aspettative.
Per lavoro sono abituato a fare attenzione ai dettagli e, solo una volta arrivato, ho notato che la stanza assegnata si trovava in una zona seminterrata, con finestre piccole che lasciavano entrare poca luce naturale. Nelle foto non era evidente e immagino che molte delle recensioni positive si riferiscano alle camere dei piani superiori.
Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato tranquillo, ma il rapporto qualità‑prezzo non è stato all’altezza di quanto mi aspettavo.

Die Unterkunft war extrem dreckig und es war keine Ansprechperson vor Ort. In dem Zimmer roch es stark nach Schimmel. Es war kein zumutbarer Zustand. Wir sind wieder abgereist, der Host wollte die Unterkunft jedoch nicht kostenfrei stornieren. Er hat auf Anfragen nicht mehr reagiert und war unfreundlich am Telefon bevor er uns dann ignoriert hat. Das Personal vor Ort konnte leider nichts machen, sagte aber, dass wir bei weitem nicht die Ersten sind.

This is a home for the elderly! Just the basement is used as hostel. The shared kitchen as well as the rooms are questionably clean. We were not sure if they cleaned before or not. The Pool and garden area are very small, so if you book it because of the pool don’t.

We were very disappointed with this room. Two main things are that it says it has a terrace but instead we walked down into a underground basement - one door looked out at a concrete wall

Our main concern was a lack of curtains on the outside facing door which gave us no privacy from others in the next door room. They also had their personal washing hanging just outside our door… we felt really uncomfortable. On the last morning one other person walked past our door and could see straight into our bed.

Smaller things - no towels replaced over 2 nights and broken toilet cistern (we were told about this but not consideration given). The pool area is ok but very small and has lots of other peoples properties strewn around - we didnt use it.

Its also described as home-stay which is fine except the building seemed to be housing a lot of elderly residents and we were asked to stay in the basement area and avoid the main entrance.

Lastly, the description doesn’t match the room sorry and was more like a budget backpackers experience - worth a whole lot less money than what we paid.

El trato, pésimo. La persona de contacto zero amable. Parecía un mercenario. Nos tuvimos que esperar una hora pq todo y que le avisé que vendríamos entre 19h y 20h, se presentó a las 21h para chek-in. La habitación un auténtico zulo. Parecía que estuviéramos en un búnker. Voy a poner fotos

La camera non corrispondeva a quanto prenotato: i due letti singoli erano in realtà un letto a castello; il letto matrimoniale era in realtà un letto alla francese. La camera era minuscola e posizionata nello scantinato con un unica finestra la cui apertura era bloccata dai letti. Il wi-fi inesistente così come la pulizia.
Abbiamo fatto presente la situazione al proprietario che si è scusato dicendoci che non aveva altre sistemazioni.
