Готель чудовий, чисто, атмосферно, привітний персонал, викликали мені таксі о 2 ночі, запропонували ланч бокс в потяг.
Якщо ви приїхали раніше і номер ще не готовий, можна залишити речі в готелі і йти гуляти містом.

Pros:

Замечательный комфортный отель в цертре Львова, но в тихом месте!!! Чисто, красиво!!!!!Чудесные завтраки, дружелюбный персонал!!!! У нас был забронирован полулюкс, но нам повысили категорию номера в 2 раза выше, было очень приятно!!!!! Сам отель как из сказки!!! Супер!!!

La communication avec l'hôtel par mail super.
Tout le personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute.
La propreté de l'ensemble de l'hôtel et la situation centre mais au calme.

Cons:

De quitter l'hôtel pour rentrer chez moi.

Одномісний номер не рекомендую. Місцерозташування зручне

Гарне місцерозташування

Cons:

Кімната на одного на першому поверсі не відповідає рівню готеля - поруч із рестораном, в якому голосне святкування із музикою. Не розумію, навіщо здавати такі номери, або чому одразу не попереджати про таке при бронюванні. Ти приходиш поселятися о 14:00 і тобі лише тоді це озвучують.
Також тумба біля ліжка з лампою з іншого боку від ліжка, аніж подушки. Тобто щоб почитати, ти перекладаєш подушки в один бік, щоб спати, в інший. Про відсутність повноцінного вікна в номері повідомили теж вже після бронювання, в описі номеру ця інформація відсутня
