Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte zwei Fenster. Bei einem der Fenster war die Jalousie nicht ans Stromnetz angeschlossen und ließ sich nicht bedienen. Die Gardinen waren zudem nicht richtig befestigt.

Conclusie: als je dacht rustig aan het water te verblijven, dan heb je het mis.
Pros:

Goed: ontbijt, bedden en vriendelijk personeel, kluisje en koelkastje, mogelijkheid fiets huren.
Aan overkant is station, superhandig.,goede koffiehuisje en heerlijke mexicaans eten voor weinig!

Op zich mooie locatie aan het water.

Cons:

2 nachten verbleven in Kamer 212: zaten direct bij deur eerste deur na de receptie, hoort deur dichtslaan als er mensen tussen 22.00-8.00 binnen komen of weggaan.
In de kamer kon douche/wcdeur kan niet op slot,
Zaten dichtbij terras buiten, maar ook dichtbij hangjeugd die in avond nog bij de trappen bij de steiger is(1e nacht) te roken en drinken.
Bleek een soort zomerfestival te zijn aan de overkant met luide dreunmuziek, gevraagd.. kon wel tot 01.00 duren. We hadden dit natuurlijk moeten weten zodat je zelf keuze kan maken wel of niet te verblijven met overlast.
Kamer zelf: ruim, opgeknapt maar geen airco, geen ventilatie in douche.

Sehr schönes Aufenthalt
Pros:

Super Lage, direkt an der s-Bahn Richtung Potsdam und Berlin, Blick auf den See, sehr gutes Abendessen in der Halbpension und tolles Frühstück.

Perfekt läge vid S-bahn station. Tog några minuter in till centrum. Enkelt att åka in till Berlin om man hade velat göra det.
Mycket bra frukost. Gott om parkering.

Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wunderschöne Lage direkt am Griebnitze See. Die Terasse am Restaurant ist für das morgendliche Frühstück bei schönem Wetter ein Traum. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Potsdam und Berlin sind für Tagesausflüge schnell erreichbar. Das Personal im Restaurant ist super nett.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es könnte etwas moderner und heller eingerichtet werden.
Nicht zu empfehlen sind die vom Hotel zu mietenden E- Bikes. Der Tagespreis von 40 Euro ist für die Qualität der Fahrräder definitiv zu hoch. Die Schaltung hackt und die E-Unterstützung fiel auf der Tagesroute mehrfach aus. Eine Einstellung des Rades auf die persönliche Größe und eine Einweisung in die Nutzung zu Beginn der Tour erfolgte nicht. Bei Rückgabe des Rades an der Rezeption wurde meine Kritik geringschätzens abgetan. Also besser, das eigene Rad für längere Touren mitbringen. Die Tiefgarage bietet ausreichend Abstellmöglichkeiten.

Bra frukost, lätt incheckning men lyhört
Pros:

Behövde hitta ett boende snabbt på kvällen, vilket gick väldigt smidigt.
Parkering fanns i närheten. Bra frukost.

Cons:

Det var lyhört från utsidan. Ganska dyrt boende. Väldigt varmt inne på rummet.

Not worth the price

The staff were friendly and accommodating

Cons:

If arriving by car the hotel's location is not ideal. The roads are extremely bad despite the neighbourhood consisting of very big and probably not inexpensive villas, there's a small parking lot and a parking garage (which we did not use), but it bears the name of a different hotel and we had to park on the road while checking in and being told, that the parking lot did indeed belong to Avendis. We were allocated the "old" rooms in a building across the road from the main hotel building by the lake/river, and the rooms were old and outdated - which would not matter if they weren't worn and grubby! The glass covering the lights above the mirror in the bathroom was sliding down on one side, there was no way to turn in the ventilation after a shower... and there were switches we didn't know the function off as they didn't seem to do anything at all. The fabric of the chairs in the room was grubby. Both sets of curtains were missing some of their hooks and were hanging down at both ends.
All of that would maybe not have mattered if it weren't for the BUGS. Oh, yes... the bugs! Now the German word is "Wanze" which I could only find translated into bedbugs, but I am not sure if that is the correct word? They were approximately 2cm long, brownish and could fly, but would mostly crawl along the walls until I tried to swat them. (At least it wasn't the green ones! Which I learned after I swatted the first bug and googled it, give off a horrid smell. "Luckily" the ones sharing our room were brown-beige). I swatted at least 6-7 and then caught two under glasses for the staff to see the next day. Now, if I were sleeping in a tent in a wood I would probably expect a certain amount of bugs, but not in a hotel room in a suburb to Berlin.
